The staff at Wisconsin health fund are the best of the best! Dr. Fareed, Stephanie Breslow APNP, Dr. Alexander, Dr. Nordyke and all Nurses, MA’s, pharmacists, techs, Dental and office staff make this place a holistic healthcare clinic! Our family can’t recommend WHF more highly!

This is one stop care for our family. They are very helful about you being seen the same day if you are sick. The nurses and the Drs are wonderful too. Very caring group of people here.

Completely unprofessional and EXTREMELY RUDE from receptionists to doctors. Unsure what ignorant, mean spirited, holier then thou attitude is required to work there - but their staff is utterly appalling to say the least. Also the fact their so called "doctors" dont trust test results or follow covid protocols that other legitimate doctors and healthcare professionals utilize is mindblowing. Maybe start treating your patients like actual human beings. If you hate your job and life so much - maybe get a new job -- Dont take it out on patients who simply need help! Sick!

I have had a doctor at this location for years. I would like to point how how wonderful she is. There have been two instances now where I needed to see another doctor because she was out. On the first instance, he basically sent me home and told me to take Tylenol. When I returned the following day, I was informed I had a terrible infection and needed antibiotics immediately, which I then needed administered via shot. I was recently in to have an X-Ray to determine if my nose was broken and unfortunately had to see the same doctor. They initially told me results would be in the next day, but then I was told it would be a few days before I knew and in the meantime to see an ear, nose and throat doctor. I couldn't get in to that doctor for another week and the level of knowledge by this doctor is beyond poor. It takes two minutes to review and X-Ray but because this doctor wasn't in (I'm guessing at a different location for the day), I was not allowed to get my results. I do NOT recommend this facility although A FEW of the staff and doctors are fantastic. While I understand things take time, proper communication and knowledge of an internal medicine doctor should be required before hiring. I will be using a different location going forward. After reading other reviews I agree, go anywhere but here.

For years, they would never update my wife's phone number or address, and would call me to confirm her appointments. My wife got a $50 bill through collections today, because they were sending the bills to the wrong address and decided not to call. When I called them, the level 1 receptionist forwarded my call to level 2 billing, and level 2 said they don't make calls, level 1 does, and this was our fault, not theirs. This is a true story and it really just happened.

I will never go back to WHF. I went in with a problem, and after seeing a doctor he sent me to get a blood test done. According to other medical professionals, I should've been sent home to fast for the tests. I never got a call back from the doctor, and two nurses called with polar opposite results from the same test. So I still have the same problem; now I just have less money.

In my opinion, they should lose their license for unprofessionalism and delusive behavior.

This office is very unprofessional and asked me to reschedule appointments twice. I would not recommend even attending this place

Terrible. They will charge you every way they can find how and then will. Very unhelpful and unprofessional. Don't go here.

they really don't care about the patients. I only go here because my union pays for it.
