Marcus Ridge Cinema

We don't come to movies as often as we used to. Decided on a Saturday Matinee. I like the ability to reserve seats online. Takes away the pressure of having to get there early. Love the new seating/recliners.

The theatres are well maintained and clean. Friendly staff that was eager to help.

This Marcus Theater is one of the movie theaters I love the most. This theater has a good food, clean restrooms, and neat waiting chairs in the lobby. And the most important thing is that they play the movie base on the schedule. It is the good place to spend the weekend with your family and friends.

I've been to this theater over 100 times, and I have had a consistently-excellent experience. Once we even showed up at the wrong time, and a manager quickly and in a very friendly manner replaced our ticket for the showing we mistakenly came to. Keep up the good work and commitment to excellence!

Absolutely the best movie in the past 2 to 3 years! Based on a true story that you can relate to as a legal immigrant that faced many adversities. Very emotional moments! Sr Cabrini is inspiring!🙏🏼❤❤🙏🏼

I was here for the 1st time yesterday and it was such a good experience. Very clean theater, nice employees, fast service and the food from the restaurant was great.

The Ridge Cinema is one of the better theater experiences around. Pure inviting bliss awaits with a full bar off to the side, a fast and packed concessions stand, open hallways with natural light, not to mention the absolute wonderful seating Marcus provides. Screen X is an amazing experience (but still seems like a work in progress) coupled with some proper food and drinks, why would you want to go to another theater when this one has it all. If there's one thing I love it's Marcus serving proper beer at their theaters! Oh, and this place is CLEAN. Sure some of the staff are tired and running around, but it's kept so clean and spotless. The bar area, Hell Yeah, I wish all Marcus theaters had a place like this, it's a nice way to kill some time before movie start. Come to this theater, you won't be disappointed.

We stopped at Zaffiro’s as we hadn’t been in a while and had a delicious lunch. The menu options were great. One of the things we ordered was the Kitchen Sink salad, by far the best salad we have had in a long time. Worth the visit alone! Dane was our server and he did a great job with recommendations. We will be back!!

A decent selection of films and times allowed for a convenient viewing of my choice. The staff was helpful. The theater itself was clean, roomy and the seating is more comfortable than most. The screen quality was excellent and the sound was adequate and not overly loud. The bathrooms were extremely clean. I would definitely see another film here. Not a single issue at this theatrical event.

One of my favorite movie theaters to go to. Me and my friend ordered our tickets online and were greates by a very friendly employee who was informative. Always clean and we enjoy the loungers.

Nice theater. Very comfortable recliner seats. All seating is assigned. Ordering the seats you want online is super easy.

ScreenX (the 2 screens on the walls) is cool, but without lots of practice and experience, it's going to be distracting

The Ridge Cinema is one of my favorite Marcus movie theaters! The cinema was first built in 1996 in New Berlin, Wisconsin. The Ridge has a beautiful Milwaukee Italian Zaffiro's Pizzaria in the same building. I look forward to visiting again someday. I have so many wonderful memories over the years of the Marcus Ridge Cinema!

Associates are welcoming and helpful. Great movie snack/dinner options. The ScreenX option is quite pleasant for an immersive experience.

It's a nice, clean cinema. The reclining chairs are comfortable and there is always a good view.

The chairs are so comfy. I'm lucky I didn't fall asleep while watching the movie. Thank you for showing Love Actually. I love that movie! 💖

I have never been to this theater. The folks that work are very polite and helpful. I'll be back again.

Clean, fresh look. Social distancing is well done & masks are a necessity if you want to enter. Immediately upon entering, there is a tall table with sanitizer & should be used before approaching ticket register. You can buy tickets at the theatre in case you didn't buy in advance. Also have a self serve register. Went to late show & didn't smell any food smells or fresh popcorn, as the displays where the popcorn is stored was being put away in large plastic bags. Tuesday's free popcorn is picked up where an employee is sitting at a table to the far right after purchasing tickets. Actually, free popcorn seemed stale & slightly greasy. Learned not to go to the late show if this is the free popcorn. Halls are clean and there's no stale odors anywhere, even the bathroom. Only two sinks are available to use. All toilets are available. Social distancing in the theatre is done by long tape lines of *sanitized for you* ran across each seat in each row. Peel back sticker & sit down. After movie ended there were no employees coming in & cleaning the theate, like they did after the previous show. $5. Tuesdays are back, along with the usual food specials. Looks like Marcus is back and following all the rules, so add the movies to your entertainment list.

All of the staff were friendly and polite. It wasn't crowded. This location is definitely nicer than most. The ScreenX is cool.
