Tri City National Bank

This Tri City National Bank location has excellent customer service. I’ve been helped by Danny and he has exceeded my expectations! Very well mannered and very professional. I always leave satisfied with everything!

I go there all the time and Tiffany always greets me with a smile, she provides amazing customer service and a friendly atmosphere. Great staff all around :)

The reason I come to this location is because of the Assistant Manager Bella. She is very professional and knowledgeable in the banking industry. Bella takes care of me with all of my transactions; business and personal. Thank you to Bella and the staff for providing an excellent service to a long time customer.

This is my favorite location, I come here all the time to cash payroll checks. I have always had great experiences until I encountered the new girl Karina and that's the only reason i am rating so low. She has no manners, came rude, got into it with another employee right in front of my face, did not show professionalism, threw my money in slot and just overall a bad experience. Shout out to Cynthia, Danny and Fatima though, all amazing employees and so helpful!

I’d give you a 5 star rating IF… you guys actually closed at 6 like you say you do but instead you guys like to close early and I couldn’t cash my check. As an almost first time customer I am definitely not coming back here at least THIS location.

I wouldn't even give 1 star but you have to choose something. They are very inconsiderate and rude. The branch manager Sigela needs to learn some customer service skills. How do you have a branch manger that will get an attitude with you after you just got done telling them that your grandmother passed away and you are trying to obtain information about the account and next steps. This is ridiculous. She had no compassion at all. My grandmother and I have been a customer for many years and I have never been treated with so much disrespect from an employee, let alone a employee in a branch manager position.

The original manager helped me open an account. She was superb, professional , friendly...I noticed she is now at the 76th Street Tri-City Bank location(which I now visit for good reason). I went to this location on the 27th and the manager was one of the worst ever. Just a nasty attitude like she didn't want to be there or something. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. They don't even get a star. Unfortunately have to give 1 star to post.

This is another ZERO starred post. Just so everyone knows that they took down my original post of them being so ignorant during my visit to get a money order the woman decided to be ignorant instead of being professional.... How dare you guys have anyone work there that treats the customers the way she does and then hide certain comment reviews because of your ignorant employee's....
