My Pet's Vet

As a new cat owner, there are a lot of things I don't know but when I took my 6 year old cat in, the staff made me feel so welcomed and never made me feel silly for not knowing certain things. Marina has exceptional customer service and makes people feel like they and their pets matter, when a lot of other places do not. Abbie is equally as incredible and makes you and your pet feel so at ease in a setting that is sometimes not so easy. And after only one meeting with Dr. Ron, I know my cat couldn't be in better hands. His eagerness to want to help and sort through your pets' issues are so refreshing, you feel like more than just another number or random cat and her owner. You and the health and wellbeing of your animal (and you) really do matter to them. I'm so happy I have now found my forever vet in My Pet's Vet!

My husband and I absolutely love this place!! The staff is exceptional, you never feel rushed, and you are treated like you truly matter.

We feel lucky to have found and transferred care to them last year after our previous vet dismissed all of our concerns with dog Kylo’s health.

Dr. Ron immediately took all the concerns we had seriously and because of that Kylo is finally able to enjoy being outside without his allergies flaring up and giving him rashes/ear infections. It’s crazy to think back on the three previous Vets we had that told us Kylos allergies were “just something he would have to live with”. Dr. Ron did what none of those could: gave my baby a chance to enjoy life without being constantly itchy. I just wish I lived in this area sooner so he could have been our Vet this entire time!

Dr. Ron also surprised us by spending a long time with Kylo to individually biopsy over a dozen lumps he grew under his skin and made extensive notes so we could track them (thankfully they are nothing of concern).

We are just so thankful for Dr. Ron and his amazing staff for all that they do in keeping all the animals healthy🐾🐾

When I call, they always have answers and can get us in very quickly. We are down to a one pet home now. Have been using my pets vet for about 4 years now. Dr Ron has accommodated us on home visits if needed and is always very kind hearted and wants the best for our pets.

We were fortunate enough to find Dr. Ron in the last year of our dog's life after moving cross-country. Wish we'd had him the previous 13 years! Without question the only vet our skittish dog was okay with. Will be going back when the time is right for another.

Dr. Ron loves his career and you can tell in his work! I am so happy I chose him and his assistants to take care of my dogs. Very kind, loving and affectionate towards pets. Him and his assistants have a calming effect that makes going there not a stress or struggle, thank you so much! Please if you are looking for a good place to take pets, please consider this over any. They have sound answers and explanations for pets. They know what they're doing and have sooo much knowledge.

I found Dr. Beatty while searching for a second opinion for my hedgehog, who was recently diagnosed with cancer. I could not be happier with the care he and the clinic staff provided for my baby. They're incredibly compassionate and empathetic - We felt very well-cared-for!! I would absolutely recommend Dr. Beatty at My Pet's Vet to anyone in need of care for their pet!

Dr. Ron and his crew have been our family vet for years. They’ve been with us for every part of our cats’ lives. We seriously feel like our pets have had the best qualities of life under Dr Beatty’s care. They also truly care for any creature - no matter the leg count.

Dr. Ron is definitely NOT the kind of vet who makes you leave his office thinking “wow vets are just in it for the money.” I was literally ready to throw money at him to figure out why my leopard gecko is pooping weird and he wasnt even gonna push for it. Super nice dude, and although im not too sure what the standard cost for an exotic/reptile vet is in wisconsin, my visit wasnt as expensive as i expected. Money aside, the staff is super friendly and i will definitely recommend this office to anyone who needs a reptile vet.

I’ve been going to My Pet’s Vet for around 8 years, and I would recommend Dr. Beatty and his team to everyone. I have always received very thoughtful and informative care. Dr. Beatty has always answers any questions I might have quickly and thoroughly. If I called asking if something sounded like it warranted making an appointment, he would always give me an honest answer, rather than some vets who would just want to get you in the door no matter what so they could make money. It is very clear to me that his priority is truly providing the best care possible above all else. He remembered my animals well and was always a pleasure to interact with. I had to put one of my cats down due to illness a few years ago and I will always be so incredibly thankful I had such a kind, supportive, and empathetic care team in such a difficult time. It makes a huge difference in situations like that to be able to receive feedback from a team you trust. I’m moving out of state, so I unfortunately have to find a new vet.. but I already know it’s going to be near impossible to find another clinic team as amazing as My Pet’s Vet!

I cannot say enough to describe how amazing My Pet's Vet is and just how grateful I am for this clinic! Dr. Beatty is the kindest veterinarian I have ever met. He truly cares about your animals and is very knowledgeable. Maggie was super sweet and helpful in scheduling my pet's appointment and also assisting throughout. My Pet's Vet will always be worth the two hour drive for me, and I would not hesitate to bring any of my pets here! They are especially good with reptiles, not to mention one of the only clinics in the area who actually treats exotics. You will not find a better clinic than My Pet's Vet!

I've been using My Pet's Vet for about 4 years now. They are a smaller Vet that really cares about the pets. You get a very personal feel from the staff, and they are very helpful.

I recently switched to this vet from another vet that was becoming too hard to schedule appointments with. Dr. Beatty has great rapport with my dog Ziggy. She's extremely calm, almost in a relaxed trance. She received shots today and didn't make a peep. Vet work was done in my presence opposed to my previous vet who just took my dog in another room. Seeing the same vet each appointment is great and makes a huge difference. I'll be returning here for my future vet needs.

Abby and Dr. Beatty were very pleasant and took great care with in our first visit with my sweet dog Adler. You could clearly see the experience and wisdom that comes with it as he was examining Adler. They were very gentle and took appropriate care with a shy, older dog. Very thorough, kind, and personable experience. 10/10, would recommend

Abbi the Vet Tech and Dr. Ron show how much they care for their clients. As new visitors, they took the time to get to know my pet and I answer all of my questions. 10/10 would recommend!

Hands down the best veterinary clinic I've taken my cats to. The staff always welcomes me and my cats well and Dr. B genuinely cares for the animals he takes care of. I brought my kids and he took the time to show us the snakes and bearded dragon they take care of in the house, and patiently answered all the questions we had for him. I love the building the clinic resides in, its well maintained and comfortable. I recommend this clinic to anyone who cares for they're animal.

I would strongly recommend My Pet's Vet! Dr. Ron is awesome as is his staff. We were looking for a Vet for all our animals including a tortoise, cat, dog... Now all the pets are happy and healthy!! And make sure to check out the Tardis (Dr. Who) in the back! Very neat even for non-Dr. Who fans.

I have tried several vets in the area and some out of the area. My pets vet has been absolutely the best place to care for my ferrets. I'm talking about service and pricing. Be a real one for your pet and take them somewhere that cares. My pets vet is for sure that for us.

I have been taking my pets to Dr. Beatty for a few years now. I can't imagine taking them anywhere else! Dr. Beatty and his staff are very helpful and accommodating with all my family pet needs.
