Their very professional body shop took my accident damaged 2023 F-150 to brand new status. When my insurance company used what appeared to be inferior they arouse to request replacement items that were to their standards. Very happy with the outcome.

Purchased a 2013 Ford edge today after they did the safety inspection, put on new brakes, filters, and an oil change. Mark was extremely helpful with helping me pick out a car. He let me look at the vehicles without constantly trying to force a sale upon me but was able to answer any questions I had when I had them. After making the purchase Mark showed me how the fancy touch screen and everything worked which was extremely helpful! (I’m coming from an old 1999 Jeep wrangler :)) The staff is extremely nice and professional. Tim from service is an amazing employee that showed exemplary service for customer care. He worked with me throughout the entire process to bring my truck in for repair. I live nomadically so it was critical to have a precisely scheduled timeline for repair and Tim support this 100%! I am in awe with the technician expertise as well. He is a young name and his name escapes me right now. However, he was the only one throughout several Ford diagnostic attempts across the country to be able to identify and fix my Ford repair.
