Every time I walk past this place and it’s not Saturday/Sunday, there’s yet another trashy person hanging out at the top, riding out some drug trip or smoking pot. It’s a pretty visible location so I’m not sure why the cops don’t just see and shoo these people away. This whole area is a little bit sketchy on the weekdays and I wouldn’t feel comfortable walking out here alone.

Easily the worst "state park" I have ever been. Do not be fooled by Google listing this as a state park; it is just a rock near a drainage ditch inside the city of Janesville. It is a mildly interesting rock.
