Last winter, we had lots of snow and drifting, and my snowblower broke down. They fixed it for a very reasonable charge.
Brought it in for more work at the beginning of this season. East End Power Equipment owner Josh took the time to explain the issue with the machine, and the repair charge was minimal. I've been buying and getting advice there for ten years. They've been kind and helpful every time!

I went here with my buddy to drop off his snow blower that he is going to get fixed and it's a very nice store with all the snow blowers out front for viewing sure about the prices and everything like that because I didn't go through all the store I just helped my buddy bring the snowblower in so he can get it tuned up and I'm sure the prices are hi like everything else.

Great service. I went in looking for a Stihl weed eater that I could also use a brush blade with if needed. The lady was super helpful and got me set up with the right tool for the job. Easy parking also.

I brought my 10 year old Black Max push mower in for replacement part. This mower was/is sold exclusively they Sam’s and tracking down parts is next to impossible. The folks here did the impossible and two week’s later , I’m all set to mow ! The repair cost was more than fare and the folks couldn’t have been nicer to me. I’ll definitely be back when I need repair or replacement of my mower.

Fantastic store and staff. This was my first visit as we just bought a cottage near Superior. I had trouble starting my new Stihl chain saw that I bought back home. I had flooded the saw and they were able to clear-up the problem, show my a few new tricks and not even charge me a penny. I'll be back for my next power equipment purchase. Love family owners stores like this.

My riding lawn mower was not running good at all. I brought it to East End Hardware and Josh repaired it and it is running better than it ever did. You get a lot of bang for your buck at this store, and did I mention how friendly they are? I would recommend them to all who ask. Love this place. The old Evening Telegram book on display there is so fun to look at..Good quality merchandise also.

Family owned, kind, helpful people who really care about their customers. You will never walk in here and not get personal, great service. This is what America was built on.

My husband and I recently purchased a Toro Battery powered lawn mower and Toro trimmer. The service was exception, the employees were very informative and helpful and we definitely recommend this business. We are so happy with these purchases.

Great people to deal with. So nice to have this store in our city. Service dept is the best. Greeting cards are cheap with a wonderful selection. Staff is very knowledgeable about products they sell.

Great family run business. The people working there are knowledgeable, friendly and as genuine as anyone can be. My son bought a lawn mower there to start his own lawn mowing business. They treated him with the respect that most adults don't even get. Small businesses are alive and well.

It's a very nice place to shop. They have a good reputation, pricing and they are here to help. I bought my snowblower from them. If you are looking for a new snowblower or just need a bolt check them out, it's a fantastic store to walk through. Happy shopping.

I’ve shopped here several times and the service is always amazing and kind, very helpful I must say they are probably the best place as far as all around customer service can be that I’ve experienced in a very very long time!!!! I wish I could get everything I needed from here😊😊

Very Helpful. I needed a water softener and the gentleman took his time showing me what wrench and pliers I would need to put it on. Highly reccommend.

Nice place, but strange placement of the main entrance. Google gets a little wacky on the location. Google takes you through the Super One's rear parking lot.

Service was faster than other places and the price was reasonable. Staff seem very nice. The building, formerly a movie theater, is kinda groovy.
