It takes a lot of Self Coaching for me to go to the Dentist. Because, I'm totally petrified by needles. But, I've never felt the needles that Dr. Casalena had to give me! He's very gentle and genuinely concerned about me and my dental issues. And my Hygentist, Megan is excellent!!

Excellent dentist with a friendly staff.

My experience was similar to the other reviews here. I'd give zero stars if I could, which is a shame, because I actually love going to the dentist. But Dr. Casalena is clearly an ignorant unprofessional old man, and I could not in good consciousness recommend him to anyone. He was horribly rude and condescending. It was some of the most unprofessional behavior I've ever seen. Perhaps he was raised in an era where it was acceptable to speak to grown educated women like they are your child? Regardless, I've got no time for that inappropriate nonsense. I walked out of his office without even getting any work done. I'll be going to another dentist moving forward.

I had the same experience as one of the other reviewers. He botched a root canal. I cannot tell you how much pain I was in. The dentist who fixed it said I didn’t even need a root canal in the first place. I have ongoing issues with that tooth. It’s also a front tooth and it’s starting to brown because it’s dead. He did this to me when I was 32. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here. It’s almost torture.

Dr casalena should not be allowed to practice, he ruined my teeth with terrible crowns . Two dentists that saw me after him called his work voo Doo dentistry He is a butcher and should be not allowed to touch anyone's teeth
To call him a dentist is a joke he should have his practice shut down, woke up brushed teeth another crown cam off, I have more in a cup than in my mouth another crown gone yesterday

Dr. Caselena pulled out my 6-year old son's 2 permanent teeth instead of the milk teeth. He worked on my son without taking xrays or receiving a report from the orthodontist for the plan of care to follow. He claimed that "he knew exactly what to do". When I called him out on his error, he insisted that they were milk teeth, he was unprofessional and disrespectful.

This dentist drilled in my mouth said I needed a root canal. Told me he’d work on it more on a Monday and to call his answering service if I had pain. He had no service. I was in so much pain. He’s very old with outdated equipment. I wouldn’t tell my enemy to go there.

I went to this guy a while back and it still gives me nightmares to think how horrific the experience was. He is so old that I think he has not a clue what the heck he is doing. His demenour was the worst and how no professional attitude. I left much worse than when I came in.....Never again ! How he is still in practice is anyone's guess ....
