The Sweet Stop

This place is wonderful!! Not only do they have DO many flavors to choose from the employees are great and have beautiful personalities!! I go to them often due to working in the area but even on my day off you’ll see me there !! Great service great food great water ice. 5 stars for me :)!!!

Stopped by yesterday …. Thought it was still Rita’s. Very pleased with the flavors and exceptional friendly service! Was able to talk to the owner/operator who is a recent DSU grad who majored in business. So excited for this young entrepreneur. Stop by and support this local small business and grab some refreshing water ice with a smile!

Fast, friendly service, stopped for a wild black cherry water ice. It cured the craving!

The Rita's sign has been taken down because this is now "Philly Ice." However it is exactly the same. The menu is the same; they just changed the Rita's logo to "Philly Ice" on the menu pictures. We had the custard and it tasted the same. Basically still Rita's

I'm a big fan of Rita's, but this place is actually *better*. Such friendly staff, and super accommodating for a peanut allergy.

Great place to go and grab something to cool you off during the hot season. It's a simple, inexpensive place. The ice cream was delicious.

We got there right before closing and they were out of pretzels. We were so into the gelati we didn't miss the pretzels.

Great service and the funnel cake fries and milkshakes are so good.

It’s mandatory that I stop at Rita’s first before I go to battery park. You can’t have one without the other lol!

Friendly people. Great water ice. There is a young lady by the name Taina. Amazing person so friendly. Everyone is awesome.

It's basically Rita's. If you like one, you'll like the other. This one is slightly cheaper.

Stopped here for a water ice, made with real fruit. My favorite is mango and watermelon.
