Very happy with Ferris! They replaced our covered patio and it looks great. They added electrical outlets for outside, made beautiful pillars and kept the size what we wanted. Kudos to Andrew in sales, Justin in project management and Wally who addressed my issue and fixed it immediately. But the true work was done by Zac and Donny. Zac put the job over the top by clearing out a front gutter (lots of rain in January) to help us. Not only do we highly recommend - want to use them again soon!

Very pleased with the project we contracted via Ferris Home Improvement. We had renovation that took down a wall, replaced the entire kitchen, and did flooring throughout most of the 1st floor (family room, powder room, laundry, main closet and foyer). The sub-contractors they brought in were on time and respectful of our property and most did well with our dog. Thank you Danny, Sunny and Cory for picking up when our designer left. With any project this large you can expect some hiccups- they responded quickly and helped us manage them to resolution. Overall, we are delighted with our new space.

Our experience working with Ferris to renovate our kitchen and replace the flooring on the 1st floor was exceptional. Meredith was fantastic with helping us plan our dream kitchen by making it more functional. Curtis our installer did high quality work and always showed up on time. And Joe is a great project manager. Overall, Ferris did an outstanding job on our renovation and we definitely will be repeat customers. Thank you!

Ferris did an amazing job on our kitchen remodel! Working with Sunny from the jump on designing was so easy. All the contractors were polite and respective and we are extremely happy with the results!!

Ferris installed our new roof and siding. They did a great job! The workers were professional, quickly solving any problems that came up with the two installs. The two project managers and salesman we had were upfront and honest, explaining everything we had questions about. Price wise this was the best quote we found with superior materials. We will definitely use Ferris with any future home improvements.

We had a great experience with Ferris Home Improvements! We contacted Ferris Home Improvements to have some gutters replaced after storm damage. We made an appointment with Sam, he came out to the house, inspected the gutters, and priced out the job on-site. He offered us the contract to sign with no pressure, which was great. We decided we wanted Sam and his team to do the job! Once the materials came in, Sam’s team came out and completed the required work in one morning. The team was professional and efficient and cleaned up after the work was done. Ferris Home Improvements followed up after the replacements to make sure we were happy with the work, and we were! We would highly recommend Sam Commale and Ferris Home Improvements for home repairs.

I used this company to install my patio door. The door was quite costly, but a well built door. I had plenty of damaged wood when old door was taken out. The installers explained to me what needed to be done in order to proceed with the installation. As a matter of fact I found the installers very knowledgeable and patient with all my concerns before proceeding with my install. The manager stayed in the loop with his workers throughout this lengthy process. I was pleased with the outcome.

Ferris did an exceptional job on our master bathroom remodel. Meredith helped us design a beautiful and practical space. Everyone who worked on the bathroom was courteous and punctual. Communication was excellent and Ferris was attentive to making sure we were pleased with every aspect of the job.

The entire team at Ferris Home Improvements were TOP NOTCH professionals and the work was exceptional! From the start, the sales staff (specifically Sam Commale) helped my family understand the range of options available to us after a thunderstorm caused siding and roof damage to our home. Ultimately, it was the right time to install all new siding for our entire home as well as replace a few doors including the front door. Although there were delays procuring the materials for the work due to COVID-19, the folks at Ferris were quite communicative about their challenges and the timeline shifts, which made the experience so much more stress free and pleasant.

The work began with replacing part of our damaged roof. Adam and his team were quick, efficient, and provided high quality work. When his team was finished, Adam walked us through the work done to ensure it was complete and to our satisfaction.

Wayne and his team worked on replacing 3 sliders and our front door. Wayne was exceptionally communicative in every step of the project, and we were blown away by the team’s care and craftsmanship in installing the sliders and door.

Jon and his team put up our beautiful new siding. The team went above and beyond to ensure even the littlest details were done to our total satisfaction. More than once we asked for the installation team to return to address something and the team at Ferris wouldn’t rest until every aspect of the project was done perfectly.

They also returned when other contractors' work impacted theirs to do the small but important repairs that arose because of other contractors' work crews.

We will absolutely be repeat clients of Ferris Home Improvements because their work, their people, their materials, and their entire approach to every job is of incredibly high caliber, every time. I had a great experience working with Emily at Ferris! She designed the second level of my Cape Cod with a renovated bathroom and two bedrooms. Flooring was done throughout, including the stairs leading up to the space. The new bathroom is wonderful and the rooms are perfect for my daughters.

I cant say enough great things about Ferris and their team. Ferris did my beach house kitchen and 5 bathrooms...if you know anything about building a house then you how much of a pain it is. Sunny Donovan worked with us the entire time and was by far the best company we worked with throughout the entire build process. I just recently had the please of working Matt Janes on replacing my Roof, gutters and metal work. It took my over 6 months to decide on a roof color and when I did....it was the original color Matt suggested from day 1. Ryan Goodwin was the foreman that was onsite making sure the job went smoothly and everything was great. Thank you Ryan for going above and beyond to ensure a very happy customer.

Outstanding workmanship from the crew who installed my windows (Wayne, Matt, Mike, and Dan). I have already received several compliments how good my bay window looks. This crew of professionals took their time to make sure everything was installed to my satisfaction and they left my house and yard spotless when they were done. I was also very impressed on how well this crew worked together. They had each others backs doing everything and seemed they enjoyed doing what they do. We worked with Ferris Home Improvements for our main bathroom renovation and they were amazing! Emily was our main contact for the job from the beginning and she guided us through the entire process with ease. Very happy with the kitchen renovation by Ferris. The entire project was seamless, from design to final walk through. Emily was very helpful and patient during the design phase. Educating us on different kinds of flooring, cabinets, back splash, etc.. The contractors used preformed professionally, provided quality work and no issues with clean up. Project manager was very responsive to our questions and the inspector was very thorough about reviewing the work performed.

A Ferris Home Improvements team remodeled both our hall bath and our master bath and we could not be happier! A year later and I still love them both. Mike Zaiss was our sales person and he worked to help me get the vision in my head to be the master bath in my home. I had a LOT of ideas after having spent the better part of the prior year researching different parts of the bathroom (the open shower, the vanity with more storage, to have a tub or not, etc.). Mike asked me questions to really figure out what it was I wanted. When it came time to do the work, Phil was our builder. He was prompt every day, the work was done to schedule, and my home was kept neat and clean. If there was anything not done to our liking, Phil and Dan were there to make sure it was. Mike checked in throughout the project, and even came to address a question I had once the project had been done. I could not have asked for a better experience in this remodel! Thank you all!

This is my second time using this company and they work quick and do great work. My last home project was getting my attic insulated. James and Jaden were very friendly and communicative throughout the process. They went above and beyond in their quality of work. Would definitely use Ferris Home Improvements again.

Ferris just finished a complete overhaul of our kitchen. It was a great experience. Joel, our guide for the process, was wonderful working with us every step of the way. Finding answers to what we wanted when we didn't even know. And always looking out for our choices so that the final product was beautiful. All the people working for /with Ferris are well trained, knowledgeable and polite. The spoke with me very day and sought my comments. The place was left very clean every evening. I was amazed by how clean they left my house. At the end there was a short punch list of to do items. (I was an engineer for 40 years and know all big projects have punch lists at the end) Those who had to do items on the list made appointments and showed up on tome with a smile even if it only required a few minutes of work. Joel worked with us on appliances and flooring when we found stuff not carried by their normal suppliers. And allowed for changes if we had a change of mind along the way.

My wife and I needed to replace our old roof and sat down with several roofing companies to get a comparison. We ended up choosing Ferris Home Improvements because they were comparable to everyone else, but incredibly friendly and professional – just a good feeling from the start.
Aliceyn M., their Project Coordinator, set us up for a consultation and Austin M. from their sales team was friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. He went through every detail we could expect related to the job including the materials, the installation process, the warranty, and how the job would be cleaned up at the end.

Dennis and his crew showed up the first day and had the old roof off down to the plywood in short order. This hard-working bunch began putting the new roof on and probably would have finished the job that day except it began to storm. They finished the job the next day, asked us if we needed anything else, and cleaned up as if they’d never been there.

Two days later, the Project Manager, Adam B., showed up to do the walkthrough. He asked if we were happy with the results and, as with every other individual we spoke with from Ferris, urged us to contact him if we had any questions, concerns, or just wanted anything else.

The whole Ferris team leaves you feeling that they are as invested in your project as you are. We would use them again for any home improvement needs and would highly recommend them to anyone else.
