Nuttall's Sewing Centers

Great folks there are dedicated to their products and crafts and to customer service.

I came back to finalize some details on some training I had purchased earlier, and I was informed I could get the training along with other additional items at a much reduced price.

I know little about sewing, but I recognize the pride, competence and genuine helpfulness of the people working there.

The employees are wonderful! They are so very helpful. Over the last few years I have purchased two sew/embroidery machines from them. I frequent the store seeking advice and fresh ideas. Honestly, I’m never disappointed. Well worth a visit!!!

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. They have a great deal of sewing experience and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure that their customers are happy. They also offer a lot of classes and product support after your purchase.

My wife’s machine was making noises, so we took it in to get a tune up. When she explained what was happening, the clerk said “a tune up is expensive. Let’s just take a look first.” She opened it up, cleaned and oiled some bits and sent us on our way. We are forever using Nuttals from now on.

Nuttall’s is a haven for quilters and sewists. They did a tune up for my older Bernina and it works (again) like a champ! I love strolling thru and looking at the wide variety of notions and fabric. It’s like being a kid in a candy store!

Denise and Eric are so nice. I have dealt with both of them when in the store. On different occasions. They both took an extra amount of time helping us.

I take my Bernina in for yearly maintenance, when it's finished, it runs like "new." The turn-around is quick and customer service is professional. It is worth the 3 hour drive from Wyoming!

Nuttall's in Murray is wonderful! I'm still pretty new to sewing and was working with materials I'd never worked with before (spandex and faux leather), so I appreciated the help from the knowledgeable and kind employees as they helped me get the right machine needles and feet for my project. They even gave great advice for thread and stitches to use, as well as directing me to a different sewing shop in Salt Lake when they didn't have something I really needed. Thanks to their help, I made a fantastic costume and will definitely use Nuttall's as my go-to for sewing supplies in the future. ❤

Friendly staff. Great selection of high-quality fabric. The price of fabric is reasonable. Their classes are wonderful, and the teachers are very knowledgeable.

Great fabric and sewing store. The store is large and has a great selection of fabric and notions. They also repair sewing machines and offer classes. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is plenty of parking. Located in a strip mall with easy access from the main street.

Denise and the staff at Nuttall's in Murray are amazing! I took my machine in because the bobbin wasn't feeding correctly and kept tangling under the plate. After calling several places I decided to stop at Nuttall's because it is on my commute. Denise asked me what was going on and offered to take a look at it before writing up a repair ticket. She was able to adjust it and sent me on my way without charging me a penny. Denise has earned a customer for life. Thank you!

I have been a customer of Nuttall’s for over 40 years. It is always a pleasure to visit one of their stores. The staff is friendly and cheerful. Several of them know me by name which makes me feel valued.

Repaired my Bernina sewing machine that went out of whack when sewed over a zipper. It works great now!

There are so many beautiful fabrics. Especially the variety of holiday patterns caught my eye.

This is the best fabric store in SLC. Every time I go there I find exactly what I need.

They have the best classes, teachers and staff. I’ve purchased all my sewing machines from Nuttall’s also and they are an amazing resource when you need help.

Helpful staff, went on a Saturday morning and it was quite busy. They have a variety of popular sewing machines and a wide variety of pressure-feet. They had several Brother -comptible pressure feet (foots?) and needles, and many other brands as well.

The level of expertise and technical knowlege on all things sewing and sewing machines by all members of the staff is truly extraordinary! In addition they are incredibly helpful, warm, gracious and they take the time to walk through your questions and issues with them . They rank a+ as one of the best specialty shops/repair places I have patronized in my life for any product from an Apple computor to sports equipment or a car. Also the shop is nicely merchendised and set up to check out the equipment and supplies. A heary and top notch, unqualified recommendation to patronize this wonderful community asset called Nutalls Sewing Center in mid valley.
