Slumberland Furniture

We recently bought a mattress from Slumberland and worked with Danette. She wasn’t worried just about making a sale, she truly took the time to ensure that we were comfortable and confident in our decision. She gave us time to think things over and truly had our best interests in mind. Danette truly cares about the customers she works with. We will definitely return to Slumberland to work with her again.

The customer service representative was patient, attentive, knowledgeable and respectful as he balanced showing me options that fit what I was looking for, while continuing to care for another customer he was working with before I arrived.

He didn’t rush or pressure me even though it was less than 15 minutes until closing time. I noticed as I was leaving, he was still working with the other couple, maintaining his respectful, friendly conduct, when it was now minutes after closing time.

I was impressed. His professionalism carried me through the sale and financing details with clarity. He was thorough despite time pressure.

I am so excited about the product I chose to buy. I compared it two other pieces. It’s beautiful, fits me and won’t take up a huge footprint in our small space. The design will mix well with our other furniture. Thank you for the broad range of styles you provide, and for being willing to add a swivel to this chair, another feature I need in my space.

Looked for a lazy boy recliner, and slumberland had the best prices. My salesperson (Suzanne) told me of options that I never thought of, like the memory foam type cushion inside, instead of the standard). She also had it sent to the slumberland in my hometown, so I wouldn't have to pay for delivery, which helped. Very satisfied with my experience.

Called to order a dining room set that was mine. Spoke with Todd had an excellent And he helped me through the whole process. I'm very happy with the results. Can't wait to get my dining room set we 99% of the time shop at Slumberland and are very happy with the service and our other furniture.

Very helpful without being overbearing. Greeted us, let us look around, and checked in to see if we had questions but not pushy for a sale. Todd was great and helped with our questions when we had them. We bought our couch from them and will be back in the future if we have other furniture needs.

We purchased two sofas for delivery in early May. The shopping experience over the phone was excellent. Jason at the Onalaska, WI store helped us and he is a top tier salesperson. Able to answer all of our questions and complete the sale to our complete satisfaction.

Danelle Marsh, Sales Associate, was excellent! We were looking for a sofa sleeper. She showed us everything they had, patiently opened and let us test each one. She showed us all the fabrics we could choose from and offered opinions when asked. It made for a great shopping experience...and she made a good sale. We all walked away happy!

I love shopping at Slumberland! They have the best deals and customers service. Greeted us right away as we walked in store and asked if we needed help finding anything, was very friendly and knowledgeable, answered our questions but overall just very helpful. I would recommend shopping there!

Greeted by a sales associate right away in a manner that didn't have that pushy feel. Very helpful and informative in helping us choose a new mattress for ourselves and our child. The prices were good and with free delivery that just made it that much better.
Also, the 3yr 0% financing is a great way to not break the bank!

I found the perfect furniture for my space. Working with Danette was a great experience. She quickly answered all my questions and made my purchase very easy.

Todd was excellent in the way he handled my purchase. I came in to look at recliners that were on sale.He was very helpful and explained details about the furniture etc. I was considering buying a new bed also. He helped me eminsley with the bed choices. He asked questions about my likes etc. That allowed him to direct me to beds that would satisfy me. I ended up purchasing a bed as well. There was never any pressure etc. Slumberland has an extensive selection of furniture. As with most furniture stores today, available stock is an issue. He searched his stock and was able to find the recliners and the bed I wanted with only a 3 week delivery. That's very acceptable today. Many stores have a 10 to 16 week order date today. Slumberland has quality furniture. It's not cheap. But you get what you pay for.....

I have dealt with Slumberland in the past and have never been disappointed in the service or the product. Today was no exception. Out salesperson, JFMA, identified us as we walked in to the store, welcomed us to Slumberland, and listened to what we were looking for. He patiently escorted us through the store showing us various options for the products we were looking for and listened attentively to my 85 year old mother's stories, even though they had nothing to do with what we were looking at. He was informative on the products, and truly was interested in finding the right product for my mother. He never tried to point us to the most expensive product, but listened to my mother's feedback and showed her three different mattresses before she decided on the right one for her. At the end when discussing insurance options, my mother made it very clear what she felt about these insurance items, but the rep still took the time to make a recommendation on coverage for the chair, which is a power chair. Because of his recommendation, my mother agreed with the wisdom in have insurance on this and agreed to coverage on the chair, We left the store feeling very satisfied that we got exactly what we were looking for. JFMA was personable and knowledgable and was definitely a credit to Slumberland!

My wife & I had an excellent sales associate, Jason Manemann. He was polite, congenial, very knowledgeable about the products sold at the store. We will differently look to him for future purchases.

Todd was very knowledgeable about our purple mattress. He answered all our questions. He let us take our time with making a informed choice.

We had a great shopping experience with Suzanne! We changed our minds on what we were looking for and she helped guide us to the perfect couch to fit our needs. We will definitely recommend her services to our friends and family.

Todd = Amazing Stellar first class customer service. He was super knowledgeable. He listened to us as we knew the bed experience we wanted and he kept an open mind. He was patient. He was kind. He was not pushy for a sale and respected our boundaries. We bought a fabulous bed and base and are thrilled to receive it soon. We are repeat customers of the Slumberland stores as we bought our last bed at Iron Mountain Michigan over 15 years ago. Product lasted well and lived up to reputation. Great experience, the sales people were very helpful without hovering or being pushy. I checked out a couple of other stores but I came back to Slumberland because of Todd at the onalaska store.
