I have been using J&J cleaning for my house cleaning for 2+ years now. They do a great job, are reasonably priced, and I have been so happy with their services. They text me every time to remind me they are coming. They have been very flexible when I need to reschedule. All around great to work with.

I recently hired them to handle my outdoor/yard maintenance as well. They did a lovely job re-mulching the yard and trimming all of bushes. They will be cutting my lawn as well.

Fantastic staff and cleaning service. Extremely reliable, professional and they do a great job keeping our home clean. I scheduled 2 months in advance. Called the week before they claimed I booked a different day. I produced confirmation email. They agreed to the initial date. That morning they call to cancelled due to rain. I asked them to still come, low chance of rain forecasted. No show, no call, NO RAIN. I used them 2 years a go, no complaints but never again.

I hired J&J to clean the area rug in my living room. The rug had regular wear and tear stains including a red juice stain and my cat did urinate on it once, there was no visible urine stain but you could kinda smell it. First of all they were in my house all of 20 minutes maybe. 20 minutes total. They NEVER shampooed my rug I never saw a single sud and didn’t smell any soap. They only used what looked like a metal vacuum. They then hung my now “clean” rug on my two outside trash cans in 92 degree weather. They told me it was to let it “dry” . Needless to say, the trash cans smelled like garbage! So as soon as they left I inspected my rug. It was bone dry to the touch and the juice stain was still very visible but like I said, I didn’t see one soap sud. They charged me $80. I ended up throwing the rug away I never brought it back in my house. Don’t waste your money… just trifling

No one showed up to the appointment. I had to come home from work, waited two hours, called and left messages and was left with no service. Disappointed that my time was not valued and didn’t even receive a call back.

Made a appointment nobody came.. at least could of call or text me .. i called out of work for nothing that was really a waste of time thanks for nothing !
