I spoke with Amanda. She was extremely informative and knowledgeable. I would recommend her to take care of others. She said I could ask for her anytime I call. My brother uses evergreen and has for many many years and they say they've never had a problem. This company has many extras that you don't pay for 🙏🏻 I saved over $150 leaving my other company. Which I had nothing but problems with.

Miss King was extremely helpful with assisting me with changing over information on my account. She also followed up with me after our initial conversation which was very unexpected. Overall it was a great experience and I could not be more satisfied with my experience. Thanks to Miss King Evergreen has an extremely satisfied customer.

Evergreen always does a great job, Cecilia in the office called to check something and at the end I told that in today's world it was nice to deal with a "competent" company. So, I thought in order to reward them it would be a nice to leave them a positive review. Oh and yes I clean my trash cans and try to put them close to the road.

My customer service rep( Latoya Coates) was the example of exceptional customer service! She assisted me and my husband with setting up new residential services and let me tell you this young lady went above, beyond her duties in guiding us through it all with showing the most common courtesy. I was very pleased with this exceptional assistance!!

Ms. King was very helpful in setting up services for us, new customers to Evergreen. Fee for service was less than we'd been paying WM and you got instant contact with a human, not a chat-bot or emails that got no response. Looking forward to improved weekly service.

Why am I excited about a trash company? if you do/did business with another company in Newark, you'd understand why. Things I no longer take for granted. A waste company that is: Reliable. Answers the phone in a reasonable wait time (doesn't put you on hold for half an hour, then "accidentally" hang up). Makes it easy to schedule pick up bulk items and metal for free. Helps organize multiple pickup dates. Gracious and courteous reps. Always picks up trash on the scheduled day! Ty and All the other reps and the pickup team have been great, year round.

speaking with Candis Harris was a very pleasant experience. She was polite and took the time to answer all of my questions without hesitation. Would recommend dealing with her any time someone might have any issues

I just signed up with Evergreen Waste Services. I spoke with Amanda who was great. She was very pleasant, answered all my questions promptly and got me signed up very efficiently. Signup was great and very easy to do.

I love this company!!! Great value and excellent service. I fully avail of their yard waste services - poor guys I put out yard waste pretty much year round. Just called and arranged for them to pick up two exercise bikes - and so happy to hear that they take care of getting the metal recycled!

Ty was wonderful, great customer services. Helped me out with getting me new trash cans because the other ones I have are so small. Made me feel like I matter since I was a long time customer. We need more customer service people like Ty in all businesses

She was concerned that I was overpaying on my account and wanted to ensure that my payment was applied appropriately or refunded based on my reply. I came home today and I noticed that my recycle & trash was picked up but not my waist was. I had called Evergreen to ask why it wasn't picked up I spoke to Ms Ty Webster & she looked into it & she told me that the person that I had spoke to had given me the wrong information Ms. Ty Webster had went above & beyond her expectation & she apologized for the inconvenience & she told me that most definitely it will be picked up the following week at no extra charge (now that's what I call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE). Have used evergreen for years. Never had any issues. And they have had to pick up quite a few large items for me over the years. The option to text them to advise them of large items pickups is very convenient.

So glad I made the switch to Evergreen! The other company I was using was unreliable and missed my pickup probably half of the time, with me having to report it. Not to mention they doubled their price! No trouble with Evergreen and customer service is excellent.

Just started my new service with TY at Evergreen. So far, so good. Price is almost $40 LESS a quarter than what I had. TY was amazing, kind & efficient.

We have had Evergreen for a couple of years now. They are just wonderful. Always on time, customer service is excellent! The only thing I wish they had is a yard waste bin. Other then that, I highly recommend Evergreen💚
