Broadway Automotive Repair

Broadway Auto saved me when my car wouldn't start during a vacation in Ironwood. After the suggestions they gave me over the phone didn't work, I was prepared to stay in town an extra night to get my car fixed. But Broadway Auto had a tow truck out within minutes and got me fixed up with a new starter and on the road just two hours later. Despite the fact that they could have upcharged me for the fast turnaround, the cost was so reasonable (cheaper than I would have paid at home, in fact). I will be forever grateful for their great service!

Was in a bind far from home and could not have been happier to be close to their shop. Great and friendly service all the way around. Went above and beyond to help a person out. Everyone was as friendly and as nice as could be. And they charge fair and reasonable prices! Highly Highly recommend this place!!!

On 7/11/2023 Broadway Auto saved me. 490 miles from home, on the last day of my Alaska tour on my BMW 800, which had no issues, I got a flat coming into Michigan. I was at the rest stop when I noticed the flat. Tried slime, which didn't work. I walked the bike to Broadway Auto and they helped me in every way they could. The tube was destroyed. Broadway Auto gave me the name and number of the bike shop in Ironwood. Thankfully they had a tube. Broadway Auto helped me get the tube. Broadway Auto also gave me a patch kit. Those guys are awesome.
FYI - my buddy and I split apart in Montana, he kept going on the tour and I headed home.
He had the spare tube and the tire tools
I had the slime, air pump, and bead-breakers, which served as tire tools.

They will treat you right. I am from out of town, and they were very busy and one person down. They could have easily turned me and my problem away, but took care of me perfectly, and on the spot. Thanks again

Chris and his crew did a great job with my car. Fast turnaround and I left confident they had fixed the problems. I'll definitely go here again if I should be in need of a top notch mechanic.

I drive for a living and this is the best experience I’ve had with a shop in many years. Came in with a slightly bent wheel; they tested it for free to be sure, and charged me way less than I’d have ever thought to put my tire on the new wheel I bought—and did it all within an hour. They don’t know it, but they saved my hide, because my car is how I make my living! Will recommend them to anyone and everyone and won’t go to another shop again.

Unexpectedly the truck died and its a holiday weekend. Thankfully Broadway Auto took the early morning call, towed the truck and looked it over thoroughly found the proper parts and repaired it all in one day's time. Was stuck in town and needed tires changed. Everyone else within 30 miles wanted at least 5 to 6 hours to change 2 tires. Called Broadway they said stop by I was in-and-out in less than 10 minutes. Awesome service extra clean shop I'm impressed.

While on vacation from down state Michigan, we picked up a large rock in one of our Jeep tires. After realizing we had a slow leak, we found Broadway Automotive via Google search. No appt or call before arriving. We just showed up. Less than 20 minutes and $8 later, we left with a repaired tire. Great service. Would recommend. Thanks!!
