Very caring vet and front desk staff. My dog loves going. I like how they present various treatment options and will always check the prices of a procedure when I ask, since sometimes money is unfortunately a factor for me in decision making. They also accommodate my dog in a private room when we wait when they can since she’s dog reactive. They are compassionate and thorough.

After leaving veterinary medicine (after working in the field for 20 years), I found myself in need of finding a general practitioner for my dogs. I have the good fortune of having Truesdell AC right up the street from my home. Dr's Steele and Meier are the best as is the clinic staff. Great clinic - caring, kind, knowledgeable and accommodating. Highly recommend.

TRUESDELL Animal Care Hospital came highly recommended and I am so happy I made the decision to entrust them with the care of my cat, Autumn. She came in with a pre-existing condition and they were able to get it under control right away. Since then she has dealt with a couple other health conditions that were diagnosed quickly. The treatment plans they have put in place have greatly improved the quality of Autumn’s life. They take pain management seriously and it shows. Everyone at Truesdell is great and treat Autumn like she’s their own cat. I’m truly grateful for the care they’ve provided my pet and have loved watching her enjoy a more active and content life. I've taken my pet cats to Truesdell for 20 years and have always received excellent care. They are always kind and compassionate to me as well as my cats. It's a real talent to manage both the feline and human emotions in the room! They have frequently gone out of their way to accommodate my cats' needs, most recently today when they got some prescriptions ready at short notice so I could pick them up on a Saturday instead of having to wait till Monday. Thank you for many years of quality service!

Communication, compassion, and treatment were all top notch by all staff when we brought one of our dogs in because he was having seizures. We are new to the area and had not yet chosen a vet for our three dogs. We definitely have our vet now. To be able to leave a pet with a stranger and feel totally confident that they are in good hands is immeasurable. Thank you so much for taking care of Oskar in our time of need. We couldn’t be happier to be part of the Truesdell family.

We love Dr. Jacy and all the staff at Truesdell! They make appropriate referrals and work well with specialists. Our dog has IVDD and they see him urgently as needed. The staff gush and goo over our dog and make him (and the owners) feel so special! The pics were of Doc Expressing his bladder and they had two other vet techs in there just to soothe and treat him.

My 3 year old dog had his teeth cleaned at Truesdell Animal Care recently. They sent me before and after pictures - and his teeth look much better. His breath is better too. Great job!

I brought in a stray approximately 8-month old kitten to Truesdell Clinic that I'm adopting. I was very happy with how thorough the exam was, and how detailed the information was. They covered all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. I made an appointment to have him neutered at Truesdell, and plan on bringing him back for future veterinary needs.

Dr Jackie did a stomach X-ray & saw something she couldn’t explain. She consulted with another vet, thought about it after we left the clinic, then reached out asking if we could come back the next day for a follow up no charge X-ray. She was going to be out of the office, but arranged for another vet to do the 2nd X-ray. What fabulous care! Thank you!

Every time I've taken my dog there, they've not only been professional and had a clean environment, they've expressed and displayed real care alongside their professionalism. They also make care easy through their app and text reminders!

We would like to thank you ALL for the love, compassion you showed during a very difficult time. I called on a Saturday for our elder dog who was at the last stages of her life and you managed to get us in to let her go over the rainbow bridge.
Dr. Uhl was AMAZING and explained all of the options and was extremely compassionate.
I felt she truly cared for us and helped at a very difficult time seem a bit more comfortable.
We thank you ALL for the love you give to our loved ones and make us feel loved.

Esther always does a wonderful job with Skipper. Esther is personable and friendly, is very caring with her clients and owners.

I’m constantly letting others know that Truesdell is fear free and cat friendly practice certified, and why that is important for their kitto’s care. One of my cats in particular, while he LOVES to cuddle and can be willingly held under certain circumstances for less than 1 min, he does not enjoy any form of restraint no matter how gentle. Truesdell staff used low stress handling techniques with him, gave him breaks between handling, and backed off on treatment that was not 100% essential for his health when he had clearly said that he no longer wanted to participate. I’ve only ever witnessed my cats receive top quality care at Truesdell.

Love this wonderful, caring animal hospital. All staff is so friendly and warm. Cohen was very scared, but the vet and technician made him feel more at ease.

Amazing vet! Scout (my dog) loves going to Truesdell. Everyone is extremely friendly and kind. Scout receives lots of belly rubs. Highly recommend!

We are long standing patients at Truesdell. My three pugs have been seen there, and my sweet Tura was helped across the bridge last May by this amazing, compassionate team. Recently we adopted a senior Boston to join our pack, and we already are in love. She was seen by Dr. Brittany and all the staff there were so kind and welcoming to her. We love this clinic, and will continue to be there as our three pugs/Boston continue to require preventive care, and support for issues. Thank you.

Great place! Last week was my 1st visit with my newly adopted Boston Terrier! He's 14, my 1st Boston, and I had a TON of questions. Everyone was amazing, never made me feel bad for asking so many questions, and took at least 30+ minutes giving my Kasper a thorough exam. I'll definitely recommend Truesdell to ANYONE looking for a great vet 🥰

Truesdell is a great place for vet and grooming services. My dog just loves Dr Susan Jeffrey and all of the staff that works there. They are really helpful and very pleasant to work with. They will answer all of the questions you have to the best of their knowledge. They also have a wonderful groomer and she does a terrific job on grooming dogs.
