From my introduction to Matt Fish, then meeting Dan and Andrea Fish, my first home buying experience is going very smoothly. The Fish Family are very professional, knowledgeable and make you feel like you are family.

KW Realty Wilmington is a great place to work. As a company, their all the agent. They support, help and encourage the success the agent. I've worked at more than one office and by far it's been the best. Training and education is important and we have it!

The sell was great but during my move somehow lost my paper work.. called to ask them to help and not one of those people in that office were of any use what so ever.. they made good money from my sell and hung me out dry... can't do my taxes until someone could help.

Maybe I should be filing a report with the police for theft and FRAUD since my review keeps getting deleted. RYAN DILL LIED to the buyer and seller and its well documented at this point. He stole items left in the house for the buyer. He was late for the closing and missing documents. Screenshots with dates are being kept. I dont know if Google is also a part of my reviews disappearing but someone is guilty of fraud and that is also a crime. Lets go down this road and see what happens. Disgusting from kw and google.

Stay away from Julia Bacon. Clearly inexperienced. Clueless when it comes to simple business transactions. There are lots of other realtors. Why choose one that has no idea what she is doing.
