Wells Fargo Bank

I absolutely love this branch. Everyone is sweet, and quick. People give them a hard time because they don’t know much about how a bank operates. Just be patient and work with them people. They are doing the best of their abilities!!! Thank you guys for being awesome.

I am one of the Wells Fargo Account Holder happened to visit this bank location recently. I was pleased with the way they assisted me for getting my work done. The personal banker who assisted me Maha Ibrahim was too good and she was able to answer my questions patiently. This reminded me of the quote " Customer First". What matters at the end of the day how the person is getting served and she deserves more than 5 stars for her service. Also being a Bank of America Customer, I can see the difference. Thanks and will certainly come back to the back for my future transactions...

I'm giving Mike a five star review. He is one of the bankers and the guy is just a really down to earth gentleman who has an appreciation for helping people and doing his job professionally. The bank manager is cool too, he is also a down to earth guy too who is a under a lot of pressure to perform and he has been delivering on it even with Corona highly impacting the banking world. I think they, (this branch) really deserves the communities respect and admiration because their job is not always easy but they are all working on the front lines. I am glad and proud to be a WF Customer and pleased with your staff especially Maha Ibrahim the way she assists customers with a personal touch and overall great experience. Maha as the name suggests, she is great and does things quickly and efficiently when compared with bank advisors at other banks I have seen. The staff here are always very helpful and friendly. It can be hard to get an appointment if you just walk in, call ahead or set one up online. Wells Fargo loves to charge fees that they aren't entitled to free account fees, service charges and signing people up for things, keep an eye on your account.

What's the point of having a business services line if it's never open for businesses? Never have enough tellers and have to use the business line as a regular line. I've never seen a bank so slow with customer service.

This location needs to be investigated by the SEC, criminal time wasters

Very short staffed, only one person working the counter while two others stood around and watched. Line out the door with no help in site. Find a different location or bank

The line is always long with only one or two cashiers.
