The facility is professional, the staff is super. Receptionists appear happy, enjoy their work place, pleasant attitudes and answers questions. The waiting. area and reception areas are clean & inviting and play pleasant music. Dental staff pleasant making the visit comfortable. The assistants are help with a kind/caring demeanor. The Dentist with digital-scans and X-rays explained at length purpose, process & endgame to help resolve my issues with a plan to move forward. Bottom line, I would refer family/friends.
I enjoy this establishment. I like music so I tap my feet to the mixture of sounds. Staff still great, I feel good care and concern is provided and of course the first contact of any professional business is the front office staff - they are great! The area is well kept and they work hard - if you’ve never worked positions like that, you can’t appreciate the effort and amount of professionalism required. Dr. Maxwell and his assistant were very professional and skilled, top to bottom. Dr. Maxwell is so thorough and informative, lets you know every step of the way what’s going on so there are no surprises. Very calming, as well. Thank you so much.

I just had the best experience at this dental office. The service was A+! From the time that I set up the appointment, I received top-notched service. Scheduling the appointment was very easy and accommodating. I went to my scheduled appointment, I was greeted by the dental assistant, Scarlett. She was very friendly, pleasant, and made sure that I was comfortable. Scarlett was a challenge with one of my services and received assistance from another dental assistant, Emani, who shared the same characteristics. Then there was Dr. Linda, who was very caring and professional. She examined every one of my concerns, explained my follow up care. I would definitely recommend this facility!

Amazing staff, professional and courteous service, and dentists with great skill and a great bed-side manner. The dentist took his time to explain my procedure and gave great recommendations for self-care! High recommend!

Dr Linda is awesome! Extremely professional, very detailed, patient, knowledgeable and explains the entire process so you are not kept in the dark as you are being treated . The ladies at the front desk are sweet and I love the quality of service with the hygienist.

As fearful as one may be at the dentist's office, put those fears aside. You are welcomed immediately and assured. The entire office is professional; from the hygienists to the DDS, as one would expect and require.
My only regret is I failed to get there sooner.

The office staff and the dentist was very friendly . The only issue I ran into was , I had a tooth broken in half, the nerve was exposed ,I was given a script for antibiotics . When I went to see the scheduler I was told that I would not be able to schedule an appointment to have it extracted until I paid the fee, no payment option was offered to me .
Other than that I was pleased with the service .

This office is amazing! From the first phone call to the check in process with office staff to the dentist and techs to the check out. Everyone is so nice and professional and helpful and the process streamlined. I had a repair and i was in and out in under an hour. It was just a really positive energy vibe that puts you right at ease. Just an awesome place that has all these awesome people under one roof. Thank you New Castle Dental staff that gave me such great care on 4/27/23 at 8:40!

The staff is great. They are attentive and professional. Happy to answer questions, kept me informed about my treatment. The Doctor was top notch. I highly recommend them.

Amazing!!!! is all I can say. I can also use the word love. I love my Dr G. And his team, they are so caring and compassionate about there patients. I have a fear, not scared a Fear of the dentist. Dr G and the entire staff have made me feel so comfortable with letting me know what's gonna happen before it happens and checking to ensure I am okay. I appreciate them and the service they provide so much.

Consistent …. great experience every time I go. Dr Friedberg is a great dentist and the hygienist Althea is five star; really appreciate her being well organized, and efficient - stellar service. A highly professional organization is hard to find anymore, thanks for excellent service.

I've been going to New Castle Dental since my son was six, he's now 33. The front desk people are helpful and friendly. My new hygienist is the best, so gentle and understanding of my anxieties. And Dr. Frieberg is also very friendly, and fully explains procedures. I recommend them highly, and feel very fortunate to be one of their patients.

Woke up one morning with Abcess tooth, and I was able to see a dentist that same day. Everyone was super professional, extremely nice and patient. I've been going to this practice every since. Dr Frieberg is the best, I have no anxiety when it's time for my appointments.. Thanks for making me feel extremely comfortable which would normally be a high anxiety experience for me. I would recommend your office to anyone, especially if you have anxiety about going to a dentist as I did...

Just wanted to take the opportunity to thank all of you for an excellent job! This group went over and above what was required for my visit. Dr. Friedberg was so informative and the staff was just absolutely wonderful! They got me in right away (same day) and provided a full counselling session. Though my circumstances did not allow me to go through with the plan that Dr. Friedberg laid out, I highly recommend this practice, regardless.

Dr. G and his staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable for my first visit. 100% highly recommend, this is going to be my dentist forever!

Doctor G and his nurse assistant was outstanding. Doctor G really care about his patients. Doctor G makes sure his patients are very comfortable. He explains everything to you before he start. From the staff to the hygienists to the dentists, this establishment gets an A+++. Myself and my young kids go here and we love it. Never a wait, in and out quickly and the front desk staff is AMAZING. Highly recommend this dentist office
