I contacted Ms. Bernette the day before my dear friend's funeral. Not only did she take the time to listen to me try to explain my friend's unique personality and love of music that I wanted to be incorporated into his arrangement, she created such a detailed, unique work of art so beautiful that it actually moved me to tears. Ms. Bernette clearly has a true passion for her artistry, as well as compassion to help others during some of the hardest days they'll ever experience.

Needed a very last minute bouquet for a simple wedding. Bride was overwhelmed and forgot to get flowers for her photoshoot and court wedding. With time restrictions, Bernette was able to make us a beautiful bridal bouquet in 20 minutes!!! AND she hand delivered it to us!!! This was the BEST customer service experience I've ever encountered. I urge everyone to support this business. We are from out

My wedding EXCELLENT! Mrs. Congo - Barrette was very caring, loving, patient and ATTENTIVE to all my request. I went to Bernette's Designs for my Big brothers memorial, she took care if everything for me, the flowers, the urn the entire set up. She was a blessing to my sorrow and overwhelmed mind. Everything was BEAUTIFUL

This lady charge me $415 for bouquets paid $300. Call her to check in to see how things are going she said I can't come to the shop she will send me pictures I said no I would like to see them. She said well can you come on Wednesday Jan 31, 24 at 10 am. I said Ok. On Wednesday, she call to say I must not come at the shop, she can't allow me to come. Then we make another arrangement for Saturday Feb 3, 24, for 12 noon. I went to the shop, its close. Call Congo funeral home but no HELP.

I was just disappointed with my whole interaction with this flower shop and its owner. I ordered an arrangement 2 weeks ago to have them delivered on a certain day. I called on that day, and the owner said they were out for delivery. They didn't get delivered that day, so I gave them another day to deliver it, and they still didn't do it. There was a real lack of communication from the owners end. They don't provide you with any kind of update, so you are just left in the dark. Thank goodness I was in communication with the person who was supposed to receive them. Otherwise, I wouldn't have known they didn't get delivered. It really messed up the plans that I had because they couldn't uphold their end of the agreement. I asked for a refund, and I got it, but that should happen without question since they didn't do what they said they would do. Please do your research before you buy from here. Maybe my experience is something that doesn't usually happen. But I won't be a returning customer.

Bernett’s is Horrible!!! Booked her through Congo’s Funeral Home for my Aunt’s funeral. She was rude and did not follow directions. We ordered white and gold flowers and got Teal flowers with gold writing not what we ordered!!! Then she refused to refund us half of the money back for messing up the color scheme of the Funeral! You only get one time to bury your love one! Never again! She runs a business but her phone is out of service and she does not answer her cell!!! Hated it! Please do not use her services!!! You have been warned…. I wish they had Zero stars!

Absolute scam, would not use. Ordered for Christmas delivery and was not delivered. Called and talked to Bernette himself and he promised to hand deliver the following Saturday. Still no delivery and won't answer or return my calls.

Ordered flowers for my sister's funeral and I didn't get want I paid for. Spoke with owner and she refused to admit the wrong doing and then stopped taking my calls.

Had a funeral to plan. Funeral Home gave us Bernette's Designs's business card. Called and called for 2 days straight with no answer. Voicemail box remained full. Had to call a competitor, possibly paid more out of pocket. But customer service is worth the money! I needed a florist in a time restraint who actually answers the phone.

Ordered a plant months ago and they never delivered it. Called to get it redelivered and it still wasn’t delivered….

Awful experience. Flowers looked nothing like what I purchased and were received a day late with me not being notified. Never again.
