I recently underwent total knee replacement surgery, and the rehabilitation process was tough due to pain, stiffness, and swelling of my knees. The pain, swelling, and stiffness has been greatly reduced, my range of motion has improved, and I can now move around with more ease and flexibility. The sciatica has also reduced significantly!
