Wedgewood Pharmacy

I used Wedgewood in 2017 and hadn't used them again until this week. I was really concerned after reading all the most recent reviews. But I had a very good experience. My vet put the order in on Tuesday. There was a mixup- not the fault of Wedgewood- I ordered the meds immediately, but my vet changed her mind and switched one out and canceled the first order. So there was a bit of a mess to clear up. I called and only waited for about 5 minutes on hold. The associate, I believe her name was Rachel, was courteous and professional. We got everything straightened out and I received part of my order Friday and will receive the other part on Saturday. So only about 4 days even with a problem which got solved painlessly. Not sure what is going on with all these recent 1 star reviews, but I cannot complain about my experience.

I see that there are a lot of low reviews, but I had a good experience with Wedgewood. My vet called in the prescription on February 16th (a Friday), and my order was delivered on February 23rd (the following Friday). That's a reasonable amount of time for processing, compounding, and shipping.

Been getting meds mailed to me for a few years now from this pharmacy and, so glad my vet had went through them because, they are 100%
always professional and kind. I have never had even one bad experience, any problems have always been handled with no problems, so thank you for the amazing work you all do it's VERY appreciated!!

I called Wedgewood customer service because my tracking showed no advancement in my order, as if it was stalled out, and the recording said my order had been delayed 3 weeks.
After talking to the pharmacy customer service, Cindy H, all my worries were solved.
She explained that thier recording was acting up and being worked on, and she expedited my order and also moved it to 1 day dhipping with no additional charge for my trouble and worry.
In my oppinion, Cindy H is a very kind and patient Custimer Service rep, (which isn't an easy job) and she is someone anyone would appreciate.
I hope Wedgewood Pharmacy appreciates her!
She deserves a raise, or at least lunch and flowers!🌹

Great customer service for pet parents. I really appreciate Wedgewood Pharmacy. They are so nice and helpful. Wedgewood pharmacy is great. My cat gets the best treatment from Wedgewood pharmacy.

I used this pharmacy mail order for my dog and they were always prompt, if not early, in arriving. I spoke twice to CS and they were polite and knowledgeable. I had to put my dog to sleep May 27; called to cancel and they sent a sweet condolence card. Great experience.

Top notch customer service and excellent prices. I was recently introduced to Wedgewood pharmacy at a stressful time in my pet's life and I could not ask for better or more caring service. Incredibly quick turnaround on prescriptions, and when I called with a question I was only hold for a few seconds. Stephanie (pharmacy tech) and Kevin (pharmacist) were both excellent communicators and able to answer my questions. Highly recommend!

This pharmacy of wonderful individuals prepare my compounded medication for my little dog. They do a wonderful job making sure she has all her medications and I am a proud customer. If you need compound medication in liquid form, because pills are difficult to give, just ask your Vet to contact Wedgewood. They are Phenomenal.

I know there is allot of bad reviews here about this pharmacy and Im not sponsored or paid for mines so here is my review.
My dogs meds that are for life took about a week to get to my home, some can take longer just because there are allot of orders coming in. Some meds are already made and in stock so they can ship faster, and others have to be made from scratch. The orders are taken in by the order they are placed. So the wait can be a little longer. But the end result is worth it. So if you have 2 weeks of meds or a week of meds place you order then so you can have it on time. When I called the customer service lady told me ahead of time and estimated wait and it was accurate, understand these meds and made by hand, rushing it could kill your animal, when you place the order online you will see it says that is delayed but dont worry is being worked on. My GSD love his meds now I dont have to push it down his throat. Thank you Wedgewood. See you in the next order.

I have always received my medication promptly, usually before I expect it. Their customer service on the phone is very kind and friendly. I just had a bottle of medication delivered that had leaked some of its contents during shipping. I called customer service and they said this was not the quality standards they expect from their products and immediately expedited a new bottle to me. They were very friendly and helpful.

I love all the different flavor selections available for my dogs prescription liquid medication. She appreciates the bacon flavor. :⁠-⁠) They're usually fast with shipping and the prices are more reasonable than local vets. Also, their compounds seem to work better as well.

I just wanted to THANK YOU for your very quick response to my dilemma when Albert's Gabapentin package was delivered...the package had split open sometime during transit and, although the dispensing syringes were in the package (stuck to the glue residue of the package envelope flap, the prescription bottle was not.
Unfortunately, the discovery happened this past Saturday and I thought for sure that I'd have to wait until Monday to call, but when I went to the website, I saw you were "open"!! I called immediately about the empty package and your customer service team was responsive and extremely helpful and by the time I got off the phone, an email had been sent confirming my new order. And here it is, Monday morning, and the package was successfully delivered by UPS...less than 48 hours from my first contact. You guys are awesome!!! 👍😀

Wow… really really impressed with Wedgewood Pharmacy. Seems I did not submit my request through the proper channel. Just received a call of condolences and info that $$ situation is being rectified.

I need help… we needed to euthanize our beloved. His prescription is due to be delivered any day now.. representative say we can NOT return to sender (unopened). That’s just wrong, the package is not here. We dont have $$ like that we cannot donate SPCA or others because do not accept meds. Therefore the pills $$ goes right into the trash

I have been using Wedgewood Pharmacy for about 2 years. My Yorkie was diagnosed with a colapsed trachea and the tracheal collapse formula we give her works wonders! They send me a text to remind me when it’s getting close to her refill date and I love that I can go online and order straight from them (with the Vets prescription)! They also ship super fast!

I've ordered multiple times for different medications for my dog and have always had them delivered in a timely manner. My suggestion to other customers is don't wait until the last minute to order. Order at least 2 weeks in advance. You can't always count on items being in stock nor how fast UPS will deliver. Do your due diligence and have a backup plan. (Example: My vet also offers the medication. It's just more expensive.) I appreciate Wedgewood for making medication for my baby more affordable!

Wedgewood is excellent to order from. They always make sure I have refills on my dogs eye drops. They ship super fast and are easy to reach for any questions or concerns. They are incredibly professional on the phone and will work with you to find a solution if there is ever an issue. They have been my go to for Almost 2 yrs now! Love this company!

I did not visit the pharmacy because it is in a different state from which I live in. But, I do use its services for my dogs cancer. They are extremely, reasonably priced, considering the price of the brand name drug. They are also quick about filling the prescription and shipping it.

very easy to order and they carry a variety of options and flavors for my cats thyroid medication. They also provided EXCELLENT customer service in assisting me with a shipping issue. Will definitely stick with them for all future prescriptions for my cats!

My Daisy snoodle has cushings and to get her meds through the vets office was just a huge pain in the fur butt!! Didn't have to do with the vet office itself, but because the vet was playing "the middle man" Wedgewood directly is just so convenient and sometimes unbelievably fast! I live in woonsocket RI and get her meds in less then 4 days...

The best customer service ever! I have had issues with orders (and honestly, every instance has been no fault of Wedgewood's own) between payment method mix-ups and delivery couriers refusing to do their jobs, and every single time, someone from Wedgewood is compassionate, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond to get my furbaby the medications he needs. I cannot commend the entire staff for their quick support, kind interactions, and flawless products that they provide.
