Auntie Anne's is a classic chain in America and one should always stop by and get some of America's best pretzels!!!!

Not a regular, but it's nice to know you can get a delicious and consistent snack anywhere there is an auntie annes

Hard to find. Google maps says it's in the lower level, but it's on the main (ground) level.
My original pretzel was low on salt, but it was warm and still tasty

Très étonnée des avis négatifs. Attirée par l'odeur, les bretzels sont goûteux et fondants ! Par contre, les vendeuses devraient être un peu plus souriantes.

When you’re just craving greasy dough to tide you over while you’re train is delayed, Auntie Anne’s is there! It’s overpriced in the train station, $6 for just an original pretzel. At least you know it’s fresh because you can see them making the pretzels by hand. Sadly the bottom of my pretzel was a little burned. Still, I’ll probably get it again next time I take Amtrak…

I was a bit hungry when I got off the train, so I looked around for some snack-y food. I found Auntie Anne's and had a raisin pretzel with glaze. The glaze is $1 extra, boo! I remember in the old days when it came along with the raisin pretzel and it was my favorite. Anyway, pretzel was quite delicious and chewy, and the glaze was sweet but paired well with the raisin pretzel. It was really pricey though at $5.59 total post-tax.

I mean there’s nothing surprising here. Food stall in a train station = overpriced and lackluster product. A cup of pretzel bites will set you back $9 and they will be cold and stale. Your options for food around Union Station are decidedly limited, but please look elsewhere if at all possible.

One star because it's food, two stars because it's fast when you need to get a train. This place always smells good and looks good, but every time I'm starving on the way home and am drawn in by the smell of fresh bread, the food is a greasy, over salted and yet flavorless struggle to get down my gullet. I don't know if it's the franchise or the location since I've never had auntie annes elsewhere. You would guess that sauce would improve things, but the two I tried were like dipping my poor excuse for a snack into a soup of viscous chemicals. The "honey mustard" tastes like super sweet chemicals. The "cheese sauce" tastes like super salty chemicals. No hint of honey, or mustard, or cheese in the mix. To make things worse, its almost 7 bucks for a pretzel dog and a sauce. Unfortunately, no one reads reviews of places they're trying to hit up in 3 minutes before the train leaves, so this will probably be a useless review.

I shouldn't have to pay $9 to get more pretzel than salt. There should be more than 2 grains of salt on a pretzel bite. Not an exaggerations in the slightest.

The prices are already grossly inflated because this location is located in the train station terminal, but to not have ‘small’ sizes and only have ‘large’ available at the highest of prices, that’s wrong. The menu board says small is available, so I should be able to get that when I request it. This is a gimmick.

Today Sunday February 25th the guy on the shift was very rude he tried to sell me cold food & when I asked for a refund he caught a attitude and told me I have to wait 3 days to get it that’s not good for business
