This store has a vast and good inventory of things with helpful and kind employees. It had everything to help fix my shelves, and they will even cut certain pieces of wood for you. They have a good selection of appliances too, like fridges, doors, and lights.

I love my Home Depot. Amanda at customer service is so friendly and helpful.

My family and I were getting quotes on granite countertops and worked with a salesman named John Lynch at the WI Rapids store . Being a former contractor himself he walked us thru the process from the countertop to the sink and the flooring. I couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable salesman. Although we didn't purchase anything cause our cabinets are in the process of being made we will definitely be back. IF YOU NEED A KNOWLEDGEABLE SALESMAN LOOK FOR JOHN LYNCH IN KITCHEN DEPARTMENT

One nice thing about Home Depots, they are all essentially the same in terms of customer service, cleanliness, and broad inventory. It seems like a bit of dig to say, but from a consumer standpoint, it's a compliment.

Great store to get building supplies and for DIY projects

Always have the items I need and brands I prefer.

I recently had a return. I could not find the receipt so I called the store and asked for guidance. They told me to bring the product in and they could find my purchase on my card.

Relieved, I brought the product back, and the sales associate tried to find my purchase. Having recently lost my debit card, the number was changed by my bank when they replaced my card.

In spite of this, and after exhausting all other means to find my purchase receipt he could not. To my pleasant surprise, he exchanged the product for me without hassle.

My boyfriend and I shop at this Home Depot often. We have always been pleased with the service and now the policies of this store. I don't make a habit of exchanging or returning items and usually have my receipt when I do so I didn't know how I would be treated.

We live in a world of declining customer service on many levels. I applaud the standard of service I received this day, and virtually every visit.

Unbelievable service! Robert and Crystal were fantastic on a busy Saturday afternoon assisting us with a 60 inch zero turn riding mower that was out of stock. The manager on duty was awesome as well and I just can't remember her name. She worked hard for us. Thanks again Home Depot for supporting veterans! Customer for life!
