Dan was fantastic. He walked through multiple options for marketing, showing, and pricing my (former) property and was with me throughout the entire process. Some firms can disappear after you sign up with them, or after offer comes in, etc - not Dan. He was with me from the very start, helped me identify services to better display and show the property, and was there even after the closing - making sure I was completely satisfied. Fantastic customer service - highly recommend.

Constantly sending spam text messages nearly every weekend regardless of unsubscribe requests. Never signed up, reached out to nor interacted with this firm at all. If this is how they treat complete cold call sales, I'd hate to see how they treat customers.

Dan didn't go through the house to fully understand what was there or not. He gave a description of which I had to correct. I never received any paperwork nor was items explained throughly (it was all in the cloud). When I asked a question the famous answer was "I don't know ". He kept telling me to reduce the price while a 10K reduction was only a $650 less amount of his fee but it was still 10K out of my pocket. When it came to an offer he says that he had other people that wanted to put in a bid but they must have been imaginary because they never put in a bid. I didn't find out what the closing costs were until I was sitting at the table to sign the papers. I did 90 % of the running to get stuff done while he said 'I don't know what to do ", I was charged $90 per piece of paper for a quit claim deed that I did all the running for getting it signed. All said and done I ended up with $100 more than the realtor did. That Sucks !!!!! I can't reccomend his firm.

I get spam texts from this place. On a Sunday night while I'm sleeping.

They SPAM text me all the time asking if I want to sell my house despite never interacting with them at all.
