I came to this firm on a recommendation from another individual who was using them for her disability claim and she found out I had been struggling for many many years in trying to get disability but continued to get turned down. She also knew I had been searching for an attorney that would take my case and be up for the challenge. I had a lawyer in the past but they basically did nothing for me except "throw me under the bus" so to speak and never submitted more than half of my evidence, which obviously resulted in a denial. I had a very difficult case to prove and a very little window in which I had to show them that I was in fact disabled during that time period and still am. I had tried to contact a couple other lawyers on my own from other recommendations, however none of them wanted to take my case because they said it was too difficult to prove because of the dates and I would just get turned down again. So I called Angela as my last hope and thank God I did because she took my case, even though she said, "it's not gonna be easy but we can do it". Well with the expertise and confidence of Angela Pinto-Ross on your side you honestly can't go wrong! I can't thank you enough Angela for all the hard work you put in on getting everything I needed to prove my case. I know it was a bit challenging but we did it and I'm so thrilled and ecstatic I can barely believe it's even true, but it is and I have no one else to thank except for you and my doctor's for being there for me in my time of need. If you are disabled the last thing you need to worry about are deadlines that social security is demanding for your claim. They help you organize your medical records and submit everything in a timely fashion. When you are in financial distress and physical pain it is difficult to think clearly. Angela and her team of paralegals are experienced but also have a genuine approach to client care and attention that I just don’t see everyday. They are patient, they clearly outline what to expect, and present an honest assessment of your case. Very fine legal firm...even though I got screwed....

I am very disappointed with this law firm, I was sent to this firm by a service for social security disability assistance. I previously filed before and I was sadly denied because they have no clue about actual disability. I was advised that I was an excellent candidate to get approved with my disability, but I needed to get a form filled out first by my doctor. Well the doctor actually cannot fill out this form, I actually have to go to a place that does not deal with insurance and this supposed test will cost $250?!? Who has that to just hand out?? I am unable to work and my only income is caring for my father at $10.75 an hour for 20hrs a week as long as he is home and not in the hospital. I don't have that kind of money and they did nothing to assist me with this issue. So how are they helping the truly disabled with getting their ss disability that they have paid into and are entitled to it?? They are not. Smh I do not recommend going here, but it is ultimately your decision. Good luck..😞
