When a big chain like Walgreens gives you the run around and never has anything in stock, and makes you wait for hours, not minutes, hours. Most importantly, has no compassion or understanding. I am so glad I changed my pharmacy to New Castle discount pharmacy‘s, why am I glad because when you go there they make you feel welcome. They acknowledge you when you walk through the door, always positive, caring and understanding, what I like most about them, f you don’t have the funds to pay for your medication they give you your meds with time to pay., I know of no pharmacy to ever allow you to have your meds and pay later, they know and will call when your refill for your meds are due. I’ve been to several pharmacies in my life and none of them made me fell appreciated like New Castle Discount has. Everyone is very knowledgeable. If you need your meds an your running just a few mins late just call an they will wait for you.... i have to take a speciality medication that my insurance company says rite aid IS NOT allowed to carry. So this was the pharmacy they recommended an i have nothing but great things to say about them.
