Duane is really phenomenal! He clearly has skill set, detail orientation, kindness and professionalism! He was able to remove stains and pet odor out of the carpet that the previous Stanley Steemer tech could not. Great customer service! We need more tech’s like Duane!

(I had carpet re-done by Duane, after the first tech failed to remove odors and stains. Stanley steamer has great customer service. They sent Duane for the re-service). Carpet- full size basement, two sets of stairs, hallway and two bedrooms.). Got some pics of bedroom and stairs but unable to walk on some area to grab pics of basement and other bedroom). It smells so much better in the home and it looks beautiful!😍

Desmond was very professional and efficient! He was friendly and patient. He worked hard and even did extra than what was originally requested. The carpets look great!

Marshon was very professional and did a great job. We had carpets cleaned on two sets of steps and tile cleaned and grout color sealed. The tile looks amazing! I would highly recommend him.

Awesome service and expertise. I read how good Roland was with other customers and he did not disappoint. Professional and efficient. I appreciate his expertise and he helped me make good decisions about my carpet. Easy to book the service and love the text notification of when he would arrive at my place. High recommend this service.

Roland and Jose arrived on time and were friendly and informative. Roland took the time to explain exactly what he and Jose would be doing, step by step. He showed me progress on each room, and offered a discount for deodorizer, which I appreciated. They worked quickly and efficiently. My carpets look and smell so much better. The gentleman that came out to clean my carpets today did a wonderful job. They were kind and courteous. They did a thorough job and even moved a couple heavy pieces of furniture to make sure they got everything clean.

Just purchased a house and the previous owner never cleaned the carpeting or the bathroom tile. Roland and Devonte did an awesome job! The carpeting looks brand new and the oder in the carpeting is gone!

Easiest process ever 😃. I went online Sunday and was able to schedule a consultation for Monday. Manuel arrived (can you believe this?), earlier than scheduled 🥰. He was very polite and personable as he explained in depth, while we were walking throughout the house counting air ducts, how the cleaning procedure works. It was obvious that Manuel enjoyed his job. Surprisingly, I was able to schedule the actual appointment for the next day😯(not 3months out). Tuesday, Manuel and Louis( another polite person) arrived promptly at 8am and began setting up. By 10am, they had completed the job. Thanks for your service. It was a delightful experience 😍
