If you are in the market for a used vehicle, do yourself a favor and go-to Porter and ask for Miles Gawel. I inquired about a vehicle on Wednesday evening via the Porter website and had a response almost immediately. Scheduled time on Thursday to test drive and when I arrived Miles met me with the keys to the freshly detailed car. The vehicle was priced below market and they gave me a fair trade on my trade in.Aboutour later I was the proud owner of a 2016 Mustang GT. My wife and I bought a Nissan Pathfinder from Porter Pre-owned. Our experience was positive with low buying pressure.

We bought a Tahoe from here a couple days ago. We needed quick and easy and we got quick, easy, and accommodating. We previously purchased from Nucar but when we started shopping this time nobody ever got back to me so we looked elsewhere. Glad we did!

Bought a 2018 Suburban, after a deep inspection we realized the transmission cooler line had been leaking for quite some time, decided to put my warranty to use & schedule for this to be repaired. The vehicle was also down shifting very hard, which is not normal in any way shape or form, but I guess being a female, they decided to gaslight me into believing everything is fine & that is “normal” for large vehicles…..(that I’ve driven my whole driving life & knew for a fact this is in fact not “normal”) fast forward 2 weeks, my transmission goes while I’m driving down 95. Oh wow but that’s “normal” right? Call service manager, Bill, after I’ve gotten the vehicle to my trusted transmission mechanic because now at this point I do not trust Porter to work on my vehicle. Bill assures me that I will be receiving a call from the owner to “make things right”, well it has been months & that has yet to happen. To this day we still have not received the phone call, $6000 into a full transmission rebuild & radio silence from Porter. Never again will they receive our business that they have had for 30 years.

Bought an overpriced car from here and didn’t even last 2 weeks before the dealership shine wore off and started having serious issues, I haven’t even gotten my plates from them yet. I called and they told me I’m out of luck because I didn’t get a warranty but was never offered one to begin with, and then the manager told me I couldn’t have gotten one regardless. Don’t buy a car from here, just bunch of snakes ready and willing to rip you off and steal your money. If I could give less than a star I would. I’m sugar coating this, but if you want to have an awful experience go get ripped off from porter.

I purchased my Jeep Wrangler from here and have had nothing but problems. I don’t know don’t if I got a bad deal or the Jeep is a lemon. I’ve spent more money in repairs than I paid for the thing. The repairs have cost hundreds to thousands. There are the big break downs - I had to replace the whole engine and now the gas tank needs to be replaced and other repairs along the way. I take care of my Jeep through regular maintenance, but I just can’t catch a break. Personally I recommend Toyota Pre-Owned up the road from them.

Bought a 13k car here and lasted only a year! Still screw doing monthly payments. Check engine light on. Multiple codes given when scanning and wont even start They sale junk cars here! Stay away!!!

They are terrible service, they don’t get back to you, you leave message and no answer back. All they care about it money. I was sold a lemon vehicle. I recommend do not go there especially to the used auto department. I was told to be called back but never. Will be reporting to BBB!

Worst dealership I ever bought a car from they sold me a junk car now they don’t want to fix it and also had to be driven the car for 7 days with expired tag never recommending this dealership to anyone and both Infiniti service and Nissan service suck bought the car at the preowned dealership across from Nissan
