Faire Cafe

The best cafe in Wilmington, and the heart of the 9th street neighborhood. From the atmosphere, coffee, and the food. The cappuccino is always perfect. The cold brew is bold and delicious. The french midnight sandwich is absolutely amazing.

I stayed here a few times when I visited Delaware.

They have a lot of seats. The cafe itself spacious and there were decorations everywhere. There were other customers (2 or 3 at a time) but it never got crowded. Overall, I love the vibe!

You can defo get some work done here.

I loved my visit to Faire Cafe! First off the vibes are immaculate. It’s a super cool place that I’d love to bring friends and spend time at. It’s also a pretty big space which was an unexpected plus to give everyone their own room! I got one of the toasts and it was delicious.

This place was by far one of the best breakfast and lunch places I have been to. We stopped in for a coffee and ordered almost everything on the menu. The service was amazing, coffee was delicious, and the food was outstanding!

Loved Faire Cafe! Our whole family enjoyed this for brunch. The selection of toasts and coffees is unique, from the presentation to taste. Very healthy and great options for everyone. Service was friendly. Cool atmosphere, loved the swing chairs. Plenty of seating. We live in the Carolinas and this place was a great. Wilmington needs more places like this.

Very adorable cafe, plenty of tables but also laptop friendly work spaces too. The staff was super friendly and the food was amazing! I highly recommend the hummus, and the Herrera sandwich was delicious too.

Found this really nice spot while walking in Downtown Wilmington. It is decorated beautifully! The atmosphere is quaint & sophisticated yet relaxing & calming. My server Justin was great. He was very friendly & helpful. The food (Little Italy toast) & coffee was amazing. Will definitely return! If you're in the area please stop by & support this new cafe/restaurant!

Hands down - the best fried chicken sandwich outside of Harlem.

Great coffee, as well and an awesome ambiance and decor.

There's also a second level - if you want a little more privacy.

Great date spot, good for a little co-working and really friendly staff.

I guess coffee qualifies as food, so it gets a '5' because of the mocha latte. I was in town going to a different place and came across Faire. An unexpected gem. I'm not quite sure how to put it into words. Part industrial decor, concrete, part island furniture, and lighting. Large swingset 'chairs' suspended from iron piping. Really? So they do coffees and also a bar for adult beverages. It's a really cool, funky, unexpected place in town, so hopefully, they make it. The barista was nice and conversational. If I lived close by and not in Durham, NC, this would be a go-to. I didn't notice a food menu, but that's not why I was the. I'm not usually a weird photo-taker but felt compelled to since I was the only Customer at 10:00AM.

Great ambiance! I love that they are open late and serve food, coffee, and alcoholic drinks! This is the only cafe I know in Wilmington to do all 3.

I wanted to stop by this place since I live right up the street. Glad I did, Aesthetically pleasing, and food was good! Nice place to relax, and catch up on some work, or just be with friends/family. Will be back! :-) also vegan sausage was SOO good! :-D

My lunch here was so good, I returned later that day for a snack. They had several vegan options, including all their baked goods from Crust Vegan Bakery in Philly. Elegant design and friendly staff, makes you want to just hang out there all day!

The cutest cafe ever, so fun to sit on swings while eating and having coffee! Best breakfast we've had in a long time

Awesome space! Large and well thought out decor. Latte was smooth and the barista was very meticulous in crafting it. Blueberry coffee cake was tasty too.

I loved this place three years ago and I love the new reinvented restaurant. Very chill vibe, good food and at has swings!!! Another bonus, they start serving alcohol at 9 am, perfect if you like a Mimosa with your brunch!

3yrs ago I said: Awesome place! Really nice people and the food is delicious! If you're a coffee drinker, try theirs. It's the best by far! It's one of the coolest places in Wilmington. While you're there, try Girard on the back side of the building. It's a great little wine store with a knowledgeable staff and good selection of wines. They do tastings on Friday nights and they are part of the monthly Art Loop.

10/5 recommend. Fire, amazing, heavenly; whatever way you describe bomb food and coffee is how you’ll describe this place. We came in and ordered almost everything on the menu and at the end of it all, I was looking around for God; I thought I died and went to heaven. If you walk past and don’t go in, I’d question being friends with you.

Excellent work from home (wfh) location. Plenty of outlets in the seating area upstairs, easy to join public WiFi, and low key vibes. Food was also reasonably priced and delicious! Pretty extensive coffee selection as well. Overall a very chill place to get some work done. There's probably street parking, but also a very cheap Wilmington Parking Authority managed lot right behind it.

The vibe were very nice, the place has both coffee and bear selection and a verity of quick bites.
I would suggest that, they pay more attention to the temperature when making milk drinks because when I ordered Cortado the milk was heated to the burn level which reflected on the test of the coffee

Amazing breakfast sandwiches and coffee. Don’t sleep on the sandwiches, definitely come hungry! Still pretty new so the vibes are extra lowkey. Could read a book or hang friends. Feeling fun? Swing seats are an absolute must

The Barista I had was super chill and nice. The energy and aesthetic of the cafe is calm and industrial bohemian. I absolutely love the espresso and scones. Would 100% come back
