I find that the office personnel at Joe Williams Jr State Farm Insurance are very attentive to their customers. I truly like that! Customer Service is a priority for me and they are great with customers and I am a witness to that. I always have received timely callbacks if I have to leave a voice message. I can pay my premium payment over the phone with a real live person which is rare these days and it is welcome change. I even have requested to have my receipts mailed because I don't have access to a printer, especially important in these days of Covid19. That's true Customer Service!! Continue to be Customer Service oriented staff, Carol Black, Joe Williams Jr and all the staff of this company.

If there was an option for zero stars, I would choose that. Payments were collected for both my auto & home insurance policies. Two months later I receive cancellation notices from underwriting days apart because the agent essentially did not do his job with respect to paperwork. My auto insurance lapsed today. I call the office and he tells his assistant to tell me he’s eating his lunch. Unbelievable

I requested to cancelled my home insurance in April, 2022 because the property was sold in March, 2022. The agency did not respond and instead sent me renewal declarations in July. I made numerous phone calls and left voice mail and emailed them to cancelled my policy. But no response at all. Stay away from this agency

They suck been waiting a week for a call back and the dumbass still hasn't called back, the receptionist is stupid in their paperwork it says do not contact another number and they still contact the wrong number I called and asked about my policy he tells me he can't find it that I do not have a policy with them I turn around call statefarm and guess who does have a policy with State Farm me tells you how smart they are. It's really easy to change your agent just called c/s file a complaint and they will be removed

Disorganized. Very behind on customers account information. Services are a bit slow.

Horrible experience. Ignored my requests, poorly organized office, lost paperwork. AVOID!
