Love love love this darling restaurant! Fresh food was cooked perfectly and delicious. Our server Anil was friendly, kind & thoughtful! (Sorry my husband smothered his hamburger in katsup and I dug into my strawberry cake before I took my photo)

Wanted something different so found this place it's very nice clean it's like this old town dinner serving home cooked food the atmosphere is really good the place feels like home the staff is very friendly very nice the food was really good home cooked from scratch definitely will be back here is the updated menu

This is a very nice place to eat. They have clean bathrooms, delicious food, attentive staff, and a very calm ambiance with pleasant music playing. I got the chicken tenders with fries and applesauce, and they were very great. The chicken wasn't too crispy, and it was breaded just right. A little too warm, but I was able to cool it off quickly. You definitely get what you pay for here, and I recommend visiting.

Ordered for the first time (takeout delivery), so I cannot comment on atmosphere, but if it is anything like the food, I’m sure it is absolutely fantastic! Everything we ordered was delicious! We will definitely be ordering from here again, and we will try to physically eat in the building.

Clean, restaurant, delicious food, friendly service. Walked in just to use the public restroom and the waiter was very friendly so we decided to stay and eat. The vegetable soup was so good. Nice music in the background too. No regrets!

This review is a little different than others posted here. But it gives a real perspective to the Family in Family Restraurant.
Our family is going through a tough time with the health of my Aunt. She’s the glue of our Family and extended Family, the hub that keeps us all centered.
Our Family from all over were gathering to show our love and share stories of this great lady, I was unable to attend.
I reached out to Neal from Magnolia Restaurant to send some of their delicious food to my Aunts home.
He and his staff were so accommodating and kind to me . Neal even delivered the food himself.
I never met him but he treated me like a member of his own family. I will never forget how he helped make this otherwise sad day as cheerful as it could be under the circumstances.
I will definitely stop in from time to time on my way to and from my downstate visits. More than just a place to eat. Thank you.

Diner-type experience. Great for lunch. Portion sizes are good. Service is great and fast. Never have to wait long for your meal. Employees are always friendly and go beyond to make you feel welcome. Adequate off-street parking.

Everything is great about the place! Everything we have ordered from the sandwiches, burgers, soups to the seafood! Fries and corn nuggets are always perfectly cooked! A good taste of home cooking that is always fresh. ALL the employee are extremely friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Aneil and Aiden (not sure if I spelled their names right) are just amazing! They are some of the best/nicest servers our family has experienced in Delaware. On top of the great food and service the atmosphere has a small town feel to it with low enjoyable music always playing. The cherry on the pie is that the prices are unbeatable and the portions sizes are big. Thank you for always giving us an awesome experience! We will be back.

Good home cooking and plenty of it. Coffee in nice sturdy mugs and hot. Had omelette and hashbrowns very good. Don't drive by.

This was a very good restaurant. Not fancy but friendly owner and staff. Food was exceptional. We brought our desserts home because the portions are generous. Would definitely recommend

Small restaurant with home cooked meals that fill you up. Mom had the openfaced reuben, I had the BLT, my dad had the club sandwich, my kiddo had the pizza sandwich. We all liked our meals. There were so many fries. The side of soups were great as well. There was substance to the soups and they were filling! The desserts were good as well.

Good home cooked food. Excellent customer service and exactly what we wanted in a local restaurant. Prime rib was superb, look forward to our next meal there.

Found this while place driving home from the beach. Due to dyslexia I thought I was going to a Mongolian restaurant lol. Good food and generous portions.

This is the local Magnolia breakfast/brunch spot. If your looking for the local vibe along with a home cooked breakfast this is the place to go. A diner type setting with a pleasant staff and delightful food. Plenty of parking nearby and make sure to get there early on the weekend to grab a table. Always a pleasure to stop in and grab a morning meal!

Food was all cooked exactly as I ordered. Food was great. The lovely waitress split my group of 5’s checks. The hotcakes were very good as was the sausage. The environment was very welcoming and the bathrooms were clean. I would recommend this for people visiting the area.

Living in Magnolia,De this is a close stop for any meal. The atmosphere is friendly and food is prepared to order. I especially enjoy the broiled seafood and a variety of sides to switch things up!

Food is amazing and so is the service! I was there for 15 mins to get the food to go. Food was delivered in 10 mins, it was fresh and taste was amazing. Great job Guys! Not to mention the server who took our order and gave us great service when we didn't know much about the options available.
