I called to book a repair and Kyle was that kind and knowledgeable that he walked me through troubleshooting steps and patiently waited. He was able to help me fix the issue over the phone. Kyle was great to work with! He did a complete overhaul of the electrical service to my house and it looks great. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything very clearly. We had an original, old service panel replaced and Kyle had a reasonable timeline to get it done and the install was clean. Had a great experience with Kyle. Got a competitive bid from him, and he was able to get it all done in one day. He took extra time to thoroughly go over all the work he did, and he even taught me how to do several things on my own to save money. On 6/10/14 Kyle came back as we had a faulty GFCI plug and needed it replaced. Kyle took care of that no charge. He also checked other connections to ensure no other issues.

ASK Electric was a pleasure to work with. He gave me an accurate quote over the phone. I had hims install a ceiling fan and a doorbell. We set up an appointment and he pointed out some pros and cons to the fan I had bought. He was happy to reschedule once we thought it over. WE were so appreciative he was honest and up front with us. I highly recommend Kyle at ASK Electric! He replaced the lighting in our retail store with energy efficient lighting. We now run about half of the lights we used before, our lighting is much better, and our monthly power bill has come down. His workmanship was good, he was on time and he didn't leave a mess for us to clean up.

We were very impressed with Kyle at ASK Electric. He updated our meter to support our HVAC system, and breaker box. He was very reasonably priced, especially for the quality that you get. He was very professional and reliable, in that he was on time for all of the appointments, always called us when he said he would call us, and communicated very well with us, as well as with our utility company. He answered his phone when we wanted to get a hold of him and was very helpful in answering all of our questions. He maintained a very clean work space, and put everything back to where it use to be. He did high quality work in a timely manner. He worked out in the hot heat, as well as our extremely hot, and dirty attic. We would highly recommend ASK Electric.
