AT&T Store

2/19/24 - I'm a fan of this specific ATT location in the area and even drive a bit further to use it - They tend to have great representatives working there. Tyler helped me with getting off a family plan and setting up my own, super smooth, extremely helpful - made my day way easier than I thought.

I am not usually one to leave reviews but I found Sasha to be very helpful and professional. I came into the store to transfer my line from a family plan. There were some issues with the family member being responsive in giving me the information and permissions I needed to complete the process. Sasha was very patient, helpful, and knowledgeable in navigating the situation. He was even willing to stay past closing time to help me complete the process. Overall the whole experience took 45 minutes and I would return to this store to make purchases in the future.

Lexi(Elizabeth); was welcoming as soon as I entered the store. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was honest and efficient. I went to the store on Dorset St. and I was not impressed. Quite the the opposite. I won’t go back to the Dorset store. I have been in the Customer Service industry for over 30 years and Lexi is a “TRUE” professional.

Lexi is the absolute best. She was able to switch over my account from Verizon which was a hassle! She did it all with a smile and got me all squared away. So thankful for her and this positive experience! 12/10 recommend!!

This is my first Google Review, but the service that we received was so outstanding. Jamie was our Retail Sales Consultant and he was very patient and knowledgeable. We have used AT&T for many years, but have never had such a good salesperson! I would recommend anyone that is looking for assistance with their phones to go to this retail outlet.

I went in to get an upgrade since my iPhone 8 had a smashed screen and some other age related issues...
The sales person, Matt, was patient, friendly, knowledgeable and all around super helpful. It was a great experience and this location had a great atmosphere. I highly recommend!

Service was prompt and extremely thorough. Every need I had was meet and more. Everything I needed to know was explained thoroughly yet efficiently. This is my new go to AT&T store.

We had a serious issue with a clerk in the University Mall location scamming my wife when she went in to upgrade one of the phones on our account (see separate review). We ended up at the Shelburne Rd store to get it straightened out. We were lucky enough to work with Kairo (sp?) who came off his break early and helped us get the proper phone, clear up the issues created by the other location, and even walked us through the AT&T app so we could finalize some issues on our own. Excellent experience and will only use this location in the future.

I had an excellent experience with caleb today. Very knowledgeable and kind. I've had many experiences with cellphone stores and this visit was by far the most swift and pain-free.

I definitely recommend this store to anybody that doesnt want to wait in a long line just to receive poor service.

Sara was excellent at helping me with my account, deciding between different phone and plan options. Very good customer service! She made the transition simple and smooth for me, & patiently and carefully answered my questions.

Lexi was great! We got two new phones and a better plan and our monthly bill went down. Win win win!

This is just a great store. Made an appointment with Ethan. He spent time, patiently answered all my questions and took care of the trade and new phone purchase without any rush. All in all a great experience. Would definitely consider this my go to store in the future.

We recently switched from using an Android Tracfone for many years to cell service with AT&T, and purchased an Apple iPhone at the Shelburne Rd. VT store. We’d like to give a shout out to Gavin, who gave us outstanding customer service. Gavin, your patience and help was greatly appreciated. Thank you!!!

So glad to have transferred our service from Verizon to AT&T. What a difference…. Max was so helpful, patient and seemed to know every answer to any question we had. Such a positive experience!

I was there today and an employee named Aldin helped me. He was well informed, curteous, kind, and explained exactly what was going on with my phone. He also gave me some tips which will help me in the future. What a pleasure it was to conduct business with him!

One of the best retail experience I have ever had at a cell phone store. The staff is not only professional but kind. They listened to my wants and needs plus they set me up with a Samsung Galaxy S4. I Love this phone!! Great place would highly recommend.

My Fiancée and I upgraded our phones to Samsung Galaxy 23 Ultra we were helped by Elizabeth who took care of me trouble shooting my old phone.

The main AT&T Center across from the University Mall had been on strike the week before, so it was even more crowded than usual. My wife and I decided to go to the one on Shelburne Road on our way home. She had an issue with storage on her old iPhone, I had problems accessing my Google Feed on my Samsung S7 Edge. Guy at the retail center was just as well informed about phones and apps as they are at the main facility. I had to rebuild my phone using the Samsung backup app, but wife ended up getting a new iPhone with much more memory, and a new tablet as well, so a very happy visit for her. Agent helped her back up and transfer all of her data, very patiently. The only thing is that the wifi there could be a little bit speedier.

I went in to find out information about an international plan. Tyler was extremely knowledgeable, patient, attentive, and helpful. A great example of how customer service should be and how to bring back repeat customers
