We purchased several new appliances at Hannon Home Center about a year ago for our new kitchen. When about six months after installation, one of them malfunctioned, we called the manufacturer and they initiated warranty repairs. All the repairs failed to correct the problem and it was very frustrating trying to communicate with the company. We contacted Rhonda at Hannon Home Center and she immediately got back to me with a plan. She was a terrific advocate and at the end of the day, the company decided to replace the appliance. This decision was based on the repair history but Rhonda changed the experience from one of utter frustration to a calm and organized experience. THAT is why we always try to buy from local, personally owned businesses. Items may be cheaper at big box stores, but paying slightly more supports local people and they, in turn, go to bat for their customers. We whole heartedly recommend Hannon Home Center. Amazing service from purchase to delivery, and in this case, beyond.

Came in days before Thanksgiving to look for a washing machine. It was delivered ahead of time and they were so good to hook it up and work through a glitch due to our drain. I highly recommend! Will be returning when I need a big purchase like this. Thank you!

The service I have received from Hammon Home Center has been nothing short of amazing. When my dishwasher failed on Memorial day weekend, they had a perfect replacement and arranged to have it installed on a priority basis that Tuesday. When my refrigerator "died" (internal temperature 57-60 degrees) the following Friday, Bill Hammon himself personally delivered and set up the new one within 2 hours of my purchasing it. Both appliances are "top shelf" and were very reasonably priced. The installations were done professionally and cheerfully - despite several challenging obstacles. I cannot say enough good about Hammon Home Center. Kudos to all involved!!

We were in a panic situation with our washer dying, AirBnb guest coming in the next day. Bill took time from his busy schedule, delivered a washer, at a good price, hooked up the washer, showed us how to use the washer and took the old washer out. Now that's what we call service. I approached Hannon Home Center with the goal of installing a washer and dryer into my condo which has a very small laundry closet. I had done some research into machines that might fit and I wrote Hannon Home Center an email asking if they would help me to select, deliver, and install suitable machines. The particular machines I had identified in my search were sold by Hannon Home Center, but I got some advice from them about some additional options that they knew would also fit. I reviewed all the materials and selected one of the models recommended by Hannon Home Center, as opposed to the machines I found in my initial research.

To fit the machines best into my closet the closet had to be modified. The closet had a permanently installed shelf intended to hold a dryer. It's much better to stack machines however, rather than to place the dryer onto a shelf. Hannon Home Center connected me with a local tradesman who was able to quickly, neatly, and cost effectively modify the closet so that stacking machines could be installed.

After the closet modifications were performed the machines arrived and Hannon Home Center delivered and installed them for me. Hannon Home Center went above and beyond during the installation, setting up the stack, taking the time to flip the opening direction of the dryer door at my request, and managing to get both the washer's drain tube, and the dryer's drain tube to both fit into the drain pipe (given the diameter of the pipe, this took some extra effort).

This company truly knows the meaning of “customer service” - a phrase from the past for many businesses now. I just purchased kitchen appliances and had a great experience from the beginning with Ryan in sales to Rhonda who runs the office and Bill who bent over backwards to help me out at delivery. After a delivery/installation nightmare with Lowe’s that lasted 5 weeks and wasted over 30 hours of our time, we got our money back and bought a stackable washer and dryer from Hannon’s. The order was placed seamlessly on a Friday and it was delivered on Tuesday (only because we weren’t available sooner). Mr. Hannon and his son, Ryan, personally delivered and installed the set. They were professional, courteous, and on time. The entire experience was delightful. We will be buying all our appliances from this amazing local business.

Excellent and knowledgeable sales and service. In an era of cheapo appliances, the folks here were straight with us on what was a good value and had a good track record. When Whirlpool denied the reality of our experience, Hannon came out and fixed it on their own dime. While you’re there, pick up some of the scrubbies or a nice wooden cutting board, you won’t be disappointed.

We just purchased a cook-top and wall oven from Hannon Home Center and couldn't be more pleased with the process. Bill did a great job in making this project come together when other appliance sellers created obstacles instead of finding solutions.

After reading an excellent review on Yelp about Hanson Home Center I decided to go and look for mattresses. The sales woman was extremely helpful meeting my needs and arranged to have the mattress delivered on the same day. Check that task off my list! After calling a few area competitors for pricing and delivery on an appliance I talked to Hannon's who were very easy to work with and provide local delivery and installation. A big plus. Placed my order with them.

Wife and I bought a new dishwasher there during a sale. The atmosphere is awesome and they had cookies. The Hannon family is always there to help however they can, and they always make you feel at home!
