Starbucks

Everything was good. In and out service, friendly employees. I think I picked poorly for the breakfast burrito I ordered. Spinach ricotta something, which normally I think I would really like, but just not here. I’d just order a regular breakfast burrito next time. They’re good sized and hearty.

The staff at this Starbucks are so pleasant. The lack of employees makes for a wait time, but whataya gonna do? The ones who are their working do their best. Even under the stress of customers piling up, they manage to say have a nice day or something each time. Great job to everyone whi shows up with a good attitude!

This Starbucks felt new, the servers/baristas are very nice. The place was super clean and wide. One of the top Starbucks ranks I've been to.

I love coming here the workers are polite and smiling! It is difficult during these times with so many businesses being short staffed.. read some comments about the changing of hours.. well they are short staffed so therefore hours will change.. it’s happening everywhere.. so during this holiday season let’s all be appreciative and patient to those who showed up to work .. Starbucks in Rutland keep rocking it..

Stopped here for a sandwich and a coffee.
Super friendly staff… went inside for my order as I had time. Coffee was horrible and made me sick. Turns out they were using bad milk and had been having issues with sour milk all day…
Sad… staff was indifferent to the issue at hand…
Asked for a call from the manager still have yet to receive one.

Busy spot but I never had to wait much at all. Very good coffee and food as well. They have an app that rewards you for buying things there. Can order through the app or right at the place and can still get the rewards.

One of our best Starbucks experiences ever. We are very appreciative since our driving day was 4am til midnight and we needed 5pm caffeine. Thanks to this hard working staff! They communicated and went above and beyond. Our drive thru to-go order that we placed thru the app was running a minute behind in the prep time estimate. They unnecessary apologized! But we also added two huge waters to our order at the drive thru speaker when we announced our arrival. Desperate for hydration while on the road. They gave us perfect… no ice, filled two Trenta cups with water.. wow we were set for hours. Then they didn’t have dark roast coffee so they went ahead and did a dark roast pour over for me?! Insanely awesome. Our oat milk flat white was also extremely tasty. And our sandwich warm. If all Starbucks were like this one, I’d go all the time. I’ve been a gold member since… 2010? Customer since 2000 probably. And this staff was extraordinary. Thanks again.

I don’t know how much they get paid to work here but all except maybe two people really do deserve a raise!! I love how kind they are whether I go through drive through or go to pick up inside. I go daily and I would highly miss not seeing their faces and smiles if I stopped going.

Very clean amazing staff very friendly and welcoming the coffee is always good not burnt like dunkin the food great definitely has me saying DUNKIN WHO

Edited to add: I've been here numerous times since the first time I posted this. The baristas are ALWAYS amazing. You guys rock. The coffee is great, and I have yet to walk away unhappy. Yinz all deserve raises!

Fasted Starbucks Drive thru I've ever been in. They kept the li e moving and drink tasted fresh!

Starbuck has gotten 100 times better since Beth took over! They have gotten my drink right everytime and are super quick! Ashley also deserves kudos as she makes a mean Latte! Thanks ladies!

Starbucks has some Great drinks, including the fact that you can create your own as well. I really don't want to say anything negative, they just need to work more as a team instead of just for themselves. Starbucks is still a Wonderful place to get your drink on!!

Say what you, i know sometimes they have weird hours, i know sometimes they are out of stuff but for their customer service and staff they get a 5 start. Now im more of a black coffee giy and choose Starbucks cause its stronger. But the staff here is amazing

I love that this exists in Rutland VT. Workers were extremely friendly and this particular store wasn’t out of as many items as others. Drive thru wait wasn’t ungodly long.

Enjoyed the convenience of drive thru, and the decaf venti latte was delicious. Ordering audio was clear, and we didn't have to wait too long, even at midday "rush hour".

Initially when the store open, the drive thru took a long time. However the line now moves along rather quickly (faster than the CVS line it seems), and the staff is friendly.

Loved my Frappuccino and breakfast sandwich. The service was excellent with attention to detail. They made my morning great despite the gloomy weather outside.
