Went into here while visiting the mall and had a very pleasant experience the store is very well organized I love how the clothes section is color coordinated which is very esthetically appealing. Will definitely be back again on the future.

Just purchased a gift card. It was Christmas eve. I was able to wait behind 5 people but there were 3 cashiers working. It was a 2 minute wait. My representative was quick and pleasant. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes

I have to leave a review about the 5 star customer service I received at the men’s fragrance counter. Thank you Sharon for helping me so much. I came in not sure what to purchase for a gift and you turned it into a sale. Holidays are coming up and I’ll
be looking for Sharon for my holiday purchases. Sharon was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. And she chose great fragrance choices!

It's nice that my little girl get to see a small version of toys r us. But I wish they would bring back the actual full size store. I know she would love it just like my wife and I did growing up

Associate Beverly Monroe was the best. She went above and beyond at helping me get what I needed. I wish there were more Beverly's in this world!

Customer service was absolutely top notch. I had issues with my gift cards and Roxanne was able to help me even though it seemed like it took forever she even rung my out after fixing my gift card issues

I love Macy's! It's the experience for me as I know it's expensive but worth it. This store is always clean and stocked and if you go after the mall is closed its much much better.

Got an amazing deal on some nice pots and pans! The attendant was sweet, it was her first day and she was nervous. Now the less she was very helpful from start to finish helping me get the best bang out of my buck!

I went there during friends & Family at the Macy's Cherry Hill Mall, I bought perfume and met a great perfume sales person,by the name of Jenny who was exceptional and made some great recommendations for me to choose from.

We wanted to comment on the excellent and knowledgeable service we received today from Dwight in the men’s’ suits department. My future son-in-law and husband went there today looking for suits for the upcoming wedding and Dwight was fantastic. He was so knowledgeable and great to work with. We ended up getting two Calvin Klein suits and dress shirts and, because of the current sale, we saved almost $680!! With so many Macy’s getting shut down and seemingly like they are shut down (Concord Mall), it was fantastic to get such a selection, great prices and such great service. I hope Dwight’s supervisor gets word of how helpful and pleasant he was.
