I ordered the Herman Miller Aeron Executive Office Chair-Size B-Fully Adjustable Arms-lumbar Support. I had some apprehension about placing the order, but I was pleasantly surprised. The chair smelled and looked new. The chair was delivered within the date range specified. Great experience.

Purchased a Herman Miller Chair, it arrived broken, missing pieces, horribly packaged, and extremely filthy (dirty). Had trouble getting a return set up, but eventually got a returned confirmed. From our experience, would not recommend, just spend the extra money and order from HM website.
