Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Roto-Rooter did an excellent job from first contact to final result. Amber, who took my call, was friendly and capable. She quickly understood the issues and got me a quick and convenient appointment. Jonathan arrived promptly and did a great job analyzing the problem(s) with my ancient leaky sink and explaining the options and procedures every step of the way. He cleaned up thoroughly when done. Everything is working great and I could not be more satisfied.

Amber has an amazing presence with her customers, she recognized my anxiety in potentially missing a small window to receive service while juggling my work obligations. She calmed my nerves with extra phone calls which were very much appreciated.

Cory and Skylar arrived at the earlier end of the scheduled time. Cory has a solid knowledge of the his craft and Skylar was an excellent assistant. They were able to troubleshoot my problem efficiently and had all the necessary tools at their disposal. Cory definitely goes above and beyond for his customers, he answered my distressed questions with patience and left me with more information about my homes’ system than I have amassed during my 10 years of residence. RotoRooter was very experienced and thorough. There was a clogged drain pipe which was causing some issues. It was recommended that we have some additional work done to help keep water out of the garage as well as to keep further clogs from happening. I don’t think any other company could have brought this level of knowledge.

The team at our local Roto-Rooter are the best!! We had a leaky dishwasher that caused water to flood our basement. They were super responsive and helpful, and made time in their busy schedules to get someone out the next day. The plumber who came was professional and thorough, and fixed the problem quickly. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable about the problem. After getting the materials he needed he fixed it quickly without incident. I called many places that morning about my burst pipe and Roto-Rooter was the only one available. Good job good price. I will call them first with any future problems.

We emailed regarding our clogged sink at 1030 pm hoping to chat with them in the morning. But 5 minutes later Amber replied and we scheduled for the next morning!!

Dave called and arrived right on time. He scoped out the problem, fixed it, tested it and cleaned up.
We even had a moment to see photos of his award winning gorgeous tiger cats.

We had a sewer blockage yesterday and Dave did a great job solving the issue. He was very kind, explained the entire situation, and remained positive even when I was fearing the worst. He checked in this morning to make sure all was still well, and told me that I can call his personal number with any questions. Really appreciate his kind, thorough service!

Dave came right on time, quickly diagnosed what was wrong, gave me clear next steps... and we had a great chat about our shared love of cats. I would recommend!

A wonderful gentleman from Roto-Rooter came to solve my toilet flushing problem. The toilet mostly worked but made very strange gurgling noises and "asked" for constant plunger attention. He pulled the toilet and removed all kinds of roots and nastiness from the drain (ugh!), re-installed the toilet, and cleaned up after himself! Things now work great and I'm a very happy customer. And everyone I dealt with at Roto-Rooter was very helpful and pleasant - I could tell they cared! Thanks so much.

After being told that I needed a new toilet by another plumbing contractor, the plumber that I worked with from Roto-Rooter came up with a simple solution to the leaking toilet problem that had been created by the previous plumbing contractor following repair of a running toilet issue. Both Amber (office manager) and Dave( The plumber I worked with) were a pleasure to work with.
