Absolutely delicious. Friendly servers. Nice atmosphere. We were missing Indian cuisine. This establishment hit all the right buttons. Looking forward to our next visit.

Lip-smacking Indian food served in a cozy setting, with warm service. I had the Chhole Bhature with some Masala Chai. The serving sizes were generous with very reasonable prices somehow! The Bhature was the fluffiest I've had in a long time, and the Chhole were deliciously spiced and garnished. The Chai was exquisite, with a pleasant signature Elaichi (cardamom) flavor. The staff was very helpful and courteous, it felt like I was among family. 💯 will return, and recommend!

This place is incredible!!!! My friends and I have become regulars here because of how phenomenal and high-quality the food, service, and people are. the food is delectable and full of so much flavor, everything is clearly made with so much love and intention and my friends and I always leave Masala Elaichi feeling soooooo satisfied. the people are so amazing and kind and the service is outstanding. this place is truly unforgettable and incredible across the board and we would all 1000000 percent recommend it to everyone. special thanks to Jass, who is one of the most awesome and kind servers we have ever had. his generosity is truly unmatched. there is so much love in this place. we love you guys!!!

I came for the Sunday lunch buffet, as my usual stop was closed. I am so fortunate to have found this place. The food is delicious, the staff are friendly and helpful. We came towards the end of the buffet and asked if we could have more Naan and pakora, sure enough they brought it fresh out just for us! Beautiful umbrellas hanging from the ceiling and joyful music playing. Thanks for this wonderful experience!

Best Indian food I've had in a long time maybe ever. I got my go to of curry chicken with garlic naan. It is amazing! I saved some for breakfast but almost couldn't resist raiding the fridge in the middle of the night to get a snack. The owners are very nice and they even gave me a free dessert that is delicious. I dont know what it is called but I'd describe it as an Indian spiced rice pudding. I will be eating from here again for sure. Right now they are take out only but I look forward to dining in one day soon once covid is under control.

Wonderful food, warm dining room on a cold night, and a very reasonable price. Have been twice. This time, ordered Vegetable Samosa, Saag Paneer, Chicken Tikka Massala, Garlic Naan, Gulab Jamun for desert and a mango Lassi vogurt smoothie. A great meal and all for $50 with tax, and plenty for three people. We ordered medium spicy and it was enough to let you know who was boss, but not an angry boss! Rich sauces, plenty of chicken, served hot, YUM!

Quality of food and service was really good . Naan was really soft and prices are very reasonable. Interior decoration is beautiful with colorful umbrellas.

Fantastic group dinner where we sampled so many sections of the robust menu! Appreciated the competent, caring service of the team. Food quality was superb! Don’t pass on the mango lassi or masala chai.

Masala Elaichi is the BEST Indian cuisine I have ever had. The paneer pakora is fresh, hot, crunchy- very yummy! The yellow rice is delicious and they don’t skimp on whole fresh seasonings. The curry is so flavorful and rich, and the meat is fresh and very high quality. Inside, the restaurant is very cute, and the atmosphere is relaxing! Service was fast, friendly, and welcoming. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. I will be bringing my in laws in to eat here soon as well! 😊

Skinader ji (propriter) and chef Sonu ji were incredible when it came to putting together a menu within my budget for a 2 day staycation celebration of a major life event with friends. We got plenty of food for 340$+ for 8 adults for 3 meals. They went to the extent of accommodating our request of rotis/chappathis- of course at a price-despite their busy Friday order scheudles. They generously gave us some extra rice and dessert too.

In addition to the wonderful people at the store,the food is lip smackingly good. My Punjabi friend at the event gorged at the Chhole and butter chicken with tears of joy mentioning that it reminded him of food from Delhi. As vegetarians, we enjoy the paneer dishes. The tadka dal that's easy to do a sloppy job is where their mastery shines- the dal has a balanced flavour with the slightly caramelized garlic complementing the earthy taste of moong lentils that are cooked to perfection. You can tell it's a good dal when the lentils and water don't separate and yet the lentils are still individual units.

The food was really really delicious, every dish we ordered was amazing. We are not new to Indian food, but it was the first time at this restaurant, and it will not be the last! Lovely, attentive service too. We had the vegetable pakora to start, followed by Rogan josh (lamb), chicken curry, aloo gobi, dahl makhani, saag paneer, rice and naan, and a mango lassi :) What a treat!!

Masala Elaichi Flavorful Delights offers an unforgettable South Indian dining experience. The Masala Mysore Dosa is a flavor explosion with red and Coconut chutney and they have all dosa items , and their menu is a diverse delight for any food enthusiast. Don't miss this culinary gem!

The fish curry is exceptional, just as the menu described. Also, highly satisfied with the garlic naan. Love the vibe. Best Indian in Vermont.

I’ve been Masala Elaichi 6 times now. Each time it has been some of the best food I’ve ever had. Amazing spice. In my top 5 restaurants in burlington, I’ve lived here for 7 years and eat out often.

The food is delicious and everyone that works there is very friendly! We love their Sunday buffet and getting to try a little bit of everything- highly recommend.

Best Indian food I had till today. The place is so cozy and it feels like home. Paneer tikka and chicken Tika masala was the best part of the evening. Highly recommended if wanna try best Indian food in town. Thank you masala elaichi for this unforgettable evening.

I get takeout from here at least once a week and it never fails to be phenomenal. The man working the front register is also super nice too, he deserves a raise
