Fast efficient very helpful many employees that staff the operation are very functional in all positions. When a customer is at the counter no waiting in line and knowledgeable of their products. I enjoy being at the counter when other patrons ask questions. The support staff at the counter has mechanical knowledge. This is the best car parts place on East Coast. The Naamans branch has one of the best leaders working behind the desk and knows pretty much everything there is to cars to know whats needed for your cars repair and the general process of repairing it. They almost never get a part wrong for matching them up. They are an incredible group of guys and when I was fixing my car as a beginner Rich was an integral part of it.

Went to exchange an altinator that had a lifetime warranty but I didn't have the original receipt. The gentleman at the counter was beyond helpful and helped me get squared away. He said "they're all about customer service" and it definitely showed.
