I love the rates and the service especially the Drive wise incentives and rewards points applied to the insurance rates month after month. Good motivation to drive safe.

Dan is amazing!! Checked my homeowners policy and was able to give me a fantastic deal!!

William is easy to work with and Allstate has excellent rates. He knows the right questions to ask tin order to maximize your savings. I saved a ton of money by switching everything to Allstate, I'm talking anywhere from 30% to 50% savings on my car, motorcycle and homeowner policies. Progressive was cleaning me out.

Everyone is pleasant, professional and caring!!! Having Allstate as my insurance company gives me piece of mind🙂

Called numerous places for renters insurance, not only were they the cheapest but always had a lighting fast response to any questions I'd send in and ask or ask for a return call. When I say cheaper I don't mean 5 dollars either. Next closes place was almost 100 dollars more. Great customer service

William had been recommended to me by my sons high school teacher. I met with William and was so impressed that he took time to explain the different policies to my 15 year old son. His office has a friendly, family atmosphere. Tara is always so helpful and never forgets to follow up. Very comfortable having our home owners and auto policies with William Heydt!

Just spoke with Dan regarding insurance for our student at Udel, he was very helpful and took his time to explain everything to me. We had renters insurance (from our local Allstate agent) last year for her dorm but he explained to me how we could just list her under our existing homeowners policy through Allstate. Highly recommend incoming freshman parents to give them a call!!

I loved having Allstate, I really did. But after receiving a car insurance quote for over $150 LESS for the EXACT same coverage I had to say Goodbye. When I called to see if they'd be willing to see what else they could do for me, whomever answered the phone was super nice but also informed me that the rates for all Allstate customers just increased. Another reason I had to go. But I still stand by them for 5 stars bc of the honesty and service.

I switched to Allstate after being with State Farm for years. My policy was cheaper and I had room to add renters insurance. William, Dan & Tara have been super!!! They respond right away and feel like family. Highly recommend

I love allstate! I have 2 policies with allstate, home and auto insurance. I don't really know how the prices compare with other insurance companies but it doesn't really matter to me because allstate is always there to help when i need it. Dan, who works in William Heydt's office, is always available to answer questions that I might have. He is nice and honest and always seems sincere. He is great and that's why I stay with allstate.

They are very professional. I filed a claim and my claim representative Brittany Smith helped me tremendously! She was kind, empathetic and comforting. I couldn't have gotten a better Representative. I am extremely pleased with Allstate!!!!!
