Great food. Take a picture of the chalkboard at the top of the stairs, it's the only listing of wine flights and it's hard to see from your table. Pretty loud upstairs.

Super nice, tranquil, boutique (and potentially underrated) bar. Especially recommended if you’re fond of having deep conversations and drinking wine. Although the food menu is short, everything we ordered was delicious - especially the truffled fries and of course the drinks!

This is the cutest wine bar! The small plates are delicious perfect for sharing. I recommend the avocado toast, brussel sprouts, fried chicken and the wine pairings are a must! The owner and staff are super friendly and provide excellent service. I look forward to returning soon!

I had great time here the food and 🍷 was delicious. Most importantly our waiter (Kareem) was so helpful. He recommended a wine for me that was so good I brought 2 bottles.

I'm so full; I think it might become a problem. So good. Wine pairings were great, we shared a whole bunch of small plates. The folks at Cork are super friendly and knowledgeable. I wish I lived in DC. No I don't! The humidity and heat are nasty. I wish Cork was in Boulder instead. Ha! Take that DC, I'm stealing Cork and putting them in my suitcase. Lol.

A divine bar to visit in Washington. Awesome menu and wines. Food portions are generous. Cosy and informal. A must if you love good food.

Went here for a date! The service was excellent. The waiter was so lovely and had the best recommendations and was just so sweet throughout the night. We had the flatbread and burrata which were good for sharing. I'm not a wine girlie so asked for a sweet white wine rec and the waiter brought out the perfect dessert wine. Definitely recommend the spot for a date or a chill hang!

Have long been a fan of the dinner menu, and tried brunch for the first time. It was great! Delicious and great service.

Top wines from Italy and even local specialities, many other wines from US and all over the world. Nice atmosphere. You can just get a glass of wine, or you can taste the great cuisine from the chef, with many interesting (and very good) creations. Really a place to be.

Say bar, bartender was great, very good wine, did was excellent! A few good bottles beers.

An amazing spot for food and drinks. The atmosphere is calm, neat and clean. The staffs are welcoming. The waiter named Karim was one of the top waiters I've ever had. His recommendations on wine were perfect. Kareem was incredibly attentive and respectful at the same time. It's one my favorite places.

I went last week and I’m still thinking about the sandwich I had. Going again this Friday for dinner. It was DELICIOUS and great vibes. My friends and I had a wonderful time and were able to chat and enjoy ourselves in an intimate environment.

This place is great to just sit and have some wine. We came in to just to hang out and have some wine. Kareem is the best! He is so nice and he learns everyone’s names. He has great suggestions and knows his wines. Definitely listen to him. A true sommelier. The only thing I don’t like was the managers or owners or whatever they are. They speak condescendingly to the staff. They wanted to have a meeting upstairs and demanded the server get up there NOW. Apparently that was more important than attending to customers at the bar. He proceeded to stand there and stare at the server until he was done helping and ringing up a customer. I have been a manger and have worked for great managers, and this was just off putting. Other than that, nice place. Kareem made something that you just stop in to just pass some time into something very enjoyable.

Our waiter Karim was one of the top waiters I've ever had. He was extremely busy but he never left us unattended. His recommendations on wine were spot on and he was an absolute delight. Only wish it were open later as we went after dinner a second night for a night cap and it was closed.

Cozy atmosphere and great wine selection. Staff was super knowledgeable and helpful on recommendations. Really enjoyed the grilled cheese and fries.

Best fried chicken in DC. We had our rehearsal dinner here last year and the service was great, wine was great and food was BOMB. Fried chicken, kale and Mac and cheese were fantastic. Biscuits are perfection. Love this place!

Super cute local place. You can grab a quick bite downstairs at the market or have a great dinner upstairs in the restaurant. Definitely the best of both worlds.

Had such a fun time here on a Friday evening. We drank a little too much delicious wine and chatted with locals and the bartender (Kareem), who was very knowledgeable and let us try some wines before we decided on our second bottle. Would be here much more often if we lived in the neighborhood! Great Spot!

The things that makes this place special is the casual vibe, large selection of wines by the glass, but mostly it's Kareem who is the best bartender in DC. He's always so friendly and welcoming and makes the guests feel special.
