Amazon Fresh

First time using it and it was weird in a good way lol. Felt like any other store except no line on your way out. It just felt kind of like stealing cause you just walk out. Makes you wish every store was like that was really convenient.

I am in love! There is only street parking from I what I saw. It's very futuristic in there, you have to scan your Amazon app in store code to enter. It has a nice selection for the size of the store, lots of fruit, veggies, bread, frozen food, ready to eat food, and beer/wine. You can also return packages here, 10/10. There are carts and bagging stations since there isn't a checkout, but you can also bring a bag. Staff was friendly and helpful. Amazon charges you after you leave out. Super Awesome !

Great Customer Service,once we walk in we were greeted with Kindness,the Amazon Fresh was and still is Ultra Clean,the Products were outstanding,we bought some Cheese Dip from their for the first time ever,and it was the Greatest tasting ever,a must to Shop at most of the time, we Loved it:)

I do nor know why I was afraid to go into Amazon Fresh Stores. I thought the prices would be over the top but this was not the case. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I was also amazed at not having to check out. I selected my groceries, backed my groceries and walked out. This was mind blowing 🤯.

Kind of neat experience - nothing like I've ever done before. They're still working out some kinks in the system... As you can see, their pricing system isn't perfect (no way that Mac & Cheese costs $15.98). Everything you buy goes into a virtual cart - but there's no way you can see that - so you can't check how much you're spending as you go or see whether the system made any errors until a bit after you've left. I hope their system for correcting errors is easy - not that I had any on this visit.

After 5 min of being a total boomer and not understanding how to get in the store I was on my way and enjoying the low prices and fairly impressive selection. No checkout line either... whats not to like?

I went to drop off an Amazon return. I didn't get a chance to shop. When I entered the store, it was beautifully done, from what I glance at the produce, which is my favorite, it was fresh and staged beautifully, I almost lost my mind. Will be revisiting 😊

I feel compelled to write this review. It has been my personal experience based on my grocery needs. So take it with a grain of salt!
1. Never had a problem with checking in and out.
2. Sometimes wrong items were scanned, but I was always able to correct it on the app.
3. Rotten items? Not delicious (Chef’s made items)? They might also refund you on the app.
4. Most or all of the daily made items I’ve tried are actually decent: soup, salads, fruit, etc.
5. Amazon brand rocky road ice cream is very good.
6. Return services: super helpful and friendly, ie they do it quickly and don’t give me a hard time about the items.
7. I suppose not everything is stocked all the time, but I don’t complain. Why? Because a. Supply chain and other objective issues. 2. If I know an item is usually missed here, I adjust my expectation for it and just plan to get it somewhere else.

Overall my experience here has been positive, for almost 6 months. Friendly return service, pretty delicious pre-made food, affordable prices in the area.

Great concept store for the quick refreshment. In-Store, grab your stuff and go out.

The staff are always great here when I have returns! Quick and easy to get items back to Amazon. The store has a limited selection - but no need to check-out makes it a fun and fast experience every time!

fun experience. I went with a friend and we both bought items but used the same bag. the items that I added to the bag were billed to me and the items he added to the bag were billed to him. I wish all stores had a checkout option like this.

Amazon Fresh just opened here in DC and is very clean and the few people they have working are very nice and willing to explain the process to every confused shopper. Yes, it is as easy as walking in, getting what you want, and walking out the door.

Just visited to drop off some Amazon returns. Was quick and easy and the Amazon employee there was friendly and showed great patience in helping me navigate the return process. Which was easy with just scanning some QR codes from my phone!

I love how convenient it is to shop here. Never getting crowded, never need to wait in a line. Just grab and go. Their price is good too.

The future. You need the amazon app to get in. Pick up your items. Leave the store. No lines. No waiting for a cashier to open up. And prices and quality better than giant.

Great concept for grocery shopping, providing you have the Amazon app.

Now this is one of my favorite places the only problem I have is you have to put another thing in your phone in order to walk right out you have to swipe this card that you have and that's another card I'm getting tired of all these cards you know you got to have with Amazon don't get me wrong Amazon is the best out there they stuck with us during the pandemic they did such a great job they were overloaded but they still pull through through I can say nothing but good things about Amazon but that can be fixed

I thought it was pretty cool how you just scan your phone on the way in and shop then walk out. Got everything correct and billed to my Amazon account.
