My experience working with Sovereign Property Management has been superb! The change of property management contact halfway through lease was such a welcomed change - Cheryl is prompt, polite and truly a pleasure to work with. Anthony, our building's maintenance manager truly valued his work and made us comfortable and addressed any concerns in our apartment. I am sad we moved, but I am so grateful to have been so taken care of in Manayunk!

According to code, heat is not considered essential after April 15, so our boilers are off. It was 36 degrees last night, and even though our local property managers contacted corporate (which is Sovereign) to ask if they could turn them back on, they were instructed to leave the boilers off. Seems like they don't care about people, just the bottom line.

Edit/Update: our local property managers, after lengthy conversations with corporate, were allowed to turn the boilers on for us through the weekend. We are appreciative as we had a couple more nights of 36 degree weather.

This company boots vehicles that are parked in a shopping center, while you are shopping. Then make you pay ungodly amounts. This is illegal and unethical. If I could give them no stars I would

Very unprofessional. I’ve called for almost a week for 410 shurs lane and no response . One rbi g that these apartments are going to learn is customer service is everything . With all of these new apartment complexes opening up, you would think that these places would try to grab who they can . Definitely a red flag !

I went into your Galloway Court Apartments property on Wednesday 10/17/18 to take a tour of the units. They opened up late and told us one of the staff had an emergency and had to leave. I was told by the staff that since no one else was working with her, I would have to reschedule for today: Monday 10/22/18. When I arrived I had to wait 10 minutes after the appointment time I was given before they even opened the door. I heard people inside I knocked on the door and called twice. The property manager was in the office the entire time! Once she let us in,we advised her that we were set up with an appointment. She told me I didn’t have one and that she also didn’t have any units she could show us since none were available. My interaction with her, their poor management and the unempathetic attitude from the property manager, was all I needed to experience, to know that this isn’t the place for me to live.

Its Peak summer , AC stopped working from 4 Days , property mgmt team do not have anyone to address it. big part of the problem is we cannot modify window and set our own AC .
