New Balance Brandywine

A foot specialist sent us to this particular New Balance to get our daughter sneakers to fit the braces on her legs. They exceeded our expectations by a mile! Joseph was the employee who waited on us and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Such a great experience. We'll definitely be returning the next time we need shoes. Highly recommend!

I haven't worn sneakers in over 15 years due to diabetic neuropathy. I even had shoes made for me by my podiatrist and they were too painful to wear. I went into this store and was helped by Andrew. In under an hour I was measured and he found me the perfect sneakers. He even showed me diabetic socks. I can't wait to put them on and walk my dog! Thank you Andrew for your patience.

Store was clean. Immediate eye contact and greeting with a store associate when I came through the front door. Browsed until I was ready to be helped. Team member Dajour helped me , he was friendly , efficient and good at his job. Overall really good experience.

As I’ve gotten older it’s been next to impossible to find shoes that fit. Being on my feet all day it’s very important. I went in and found Joseph. The shoe expert. He spent as much time as needed to make sure my feet were comfortable. I’ve never ever had someone go as far as he did. It was by far the best experience I’ve ever had buying shoes. I highly recommend the Brandywine New Balance Location.

For the first time in years I was not brushed off and told to just order online from a shoe store employee since I wear a large size. Joseph immediately helped me as soon as I walked in, measured my feet as they havent been in awhile and broke down the correct size and suggested the proper insoles to help with my arch. I cannot thank Joseph enough and will send absolutely everyone I can to this store just because of him. Best service I've ever encountered in any store!!!

Went in here today interested in buying some new sneakers and ended up with an education on my feet! Joe was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Hopefully I have these sneakers for a long time, they feel amazing! Definitely recommend.

I have been suffering from foot pain for several months. My foot doctor recommended New Balance shoes. I ordered shoes online to be sure they had my size in stock. I arrived at the store and the man at the register asked me if I wanted to try them on. I didn't really want to, but I decided it was a good idea. I am so glad that I did! They didn't fit, and Chris suggested that I let him measure my feet. It turns out I was wearing shoes that were too narrow for me. After proper measuring, Chris put me in the appropriate shoe. My foot pain has been greatly reduced and I am on the mend. I am deeply grateful to Chris and the other nice people who helped at the New Balance store. I highly recommend them.

The people that work here are phenomenal. They take their time and really make sure you get the shoe you want and need. I love having a podiatrist at the location. He helped me find the perfect shoes and now I don’t have any foot or back problems!

In general, New Balance are great shoes that are often recommended by podiatrists. At this location there are a couple pedorthists on staff that really know their stuff. Highly recommend checking them out if you care about your feet!

I have always wanted to get fitted for good running shoes but always just put it off. My husband and I dropped into this store just to look around and was greeted by Joseph who offered to do a fitting. I am SOOOO glad I did! He is exceptionally knowledgeable in footwear and we left completely happy with our purchases. We never felt pushed into buying this or that...it was all about what we were looking for and what we needed. A-plus service

Jamie and her staff are professionals at getting you the best shoe for your needs. They aren't just clerks looking to sell you the easiest shoes. They know the difference between different types of running & walking shoes and will find you what's most appropriate to improve performance and reduce risk of injury. As former president of Pike Creek Valley Running Club, I appreciate all that they do for the running community, from sponsoring our club and other charities, to arranging regular walking and running group events!

New Balance is always a delight for shopping, the staff is pretty knowledgeable about the type of shoe to fit your feet, I only wish if they see this rating they would put more of a variety in there 840 series of sneakers the people that wear this sneaker don't have much to pick from

Super clean and nice store. The store is much smaller than I imagined and so is the selection but still worth the trip. You can also return online purchases in there as well!
