Listen, everyone has different experiences but I will tell you mine was the majority of what you have read OR will read. Renata through a basic online app was able to do almost everything via phone since I didn't have a car to travel back and forth to the dealership. She was responsive, patient, informative and showed equal enthusiasm in my approval. I arrived on time for my appointment and was met by Charles (Chuck) who was the quickest, nicest, informative and patient person ever. He allowed me to ask my questions, check the things on the vehicle I wanted to check and felt comfortable with me exploring the vehicle to my satisfaction. We have all had some really good and really bad experiences with dealerships but this one was quick (because who wants to waste a whole day), painless and to the point which I can work with. My personal outcome is based on my personal circumstances and not a reflection of the people that work here. If you're in need of a car, won't hurt to check them out.

I would recommend to anyone looking to buy a car that has problems everywhere else. The process was so easy and I was able to get the car I wanted, not one I had to choose. I pretty much finished the approval process within 30 min of talking with Amber. When I got there everything was pretty much complete and was out in about an hour. My suv was completely checked over and sent me on my way with a full tank of gas. This is a great place with some great people.
