George is the man! He gave me excellent customer service and knowledge. He is a real gem. He was running around the store working with 6 or 7 customers simultaneously, super impressive. He helped me break out of "analysis paralysis" and into my first pair of Red Wing Iron Rangers. I thought I knew a good amount already but George gave me expert level advice and information on the product. Give that man a raise.

Dough & Steve were extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to helping me with my boots. Great Customer Service, will definitely be back when it’s time for new boots again. The boots are high quality and comfortable as well, will update my post if I can once I break the boots in.

I was nicely greeted as soon as I walked through the door. I was looking for a new pair of boots and explained my old Redwings needed to be repaired. I than was informed that the repair could be made while I waited and was fitted for my new pair. Purchased some accessories insoles and new laces for old boots.

So I have made a recent purchase from this store, as a gift to myself for the holidays, and as a career investment for my every day job.

The employees there, Dave, Anthony and George, have been very knowledgeable and professional. They care about their jobs, and it shows.

They did not just try to make a quick sale to meet some sales quota, but instead waited until the right shoe became available and in stock, and notified me as soon as it was. Also, they followed up with me to make sure that I was satisfied after, and offered different options if I was not.

They offered a professional and courteous service, and I would highly recommend this store to a friend or a loved one.

I've bought two pairs of boots from this store, the first in the spring of 2014 and the second pair in December of 2023. Both pairs (1907 is 2014 and 8111 in 2023) fit absolutely perfectly. I used the new high tech fitting system this time and it was well established that I have very different feet, as in different from each other. I was prepared to struggle with breaking in my new Iron Rangers, but the fit was so perfect that it has been seamless. The sales staff is extremely knowledgable and forthright. They also installed speed hooks on my ten year old classic Mocs for a very reasonable $20, which makes them now absolutely perfect. Nothing but great things to say about this store and the guys that work there. Cheers!

Anthony and George were great. I was at point where the original style of Redwing boot was causing me discomfort. George measured me with the ultimate fit and we found out I was wearing my boots a size too small. Found a different style and the right size. Huge difference. Comfortable and lighter. My feet are feeling much better now. Thank you.

This was my first experience with Redwings. Dave helped me get the right boot for a great price. He was very helpful and I would recommend anyone looking for a good work boot that will last a while to Redwings in Newark.

To start of this had to be the best boot buying experience I ever had. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Tina and she was above and beyond amazing . She measured and then they have a device you stand on that actually tells them and you the best soles to help make your footwear the best it can be. Very knowledgeable and out of 5 stars I give it a 10 very pleased with the service thanks Tina and keep up the amazing work . 🥾

I've been buying Red Wing boots from Mike now for the last 4 years. Guy is a boot guru knows exactly how to properly size your foot to a boot. Getting one of the best boots on the market fitted correctly is awesome, when you spend 12+hrs a day on your feet you don't just want any other boot but Red Wings. Highly recommended!!!

Steve computer measured my feet. He found the perfect style shoe for me. Changed out the inserts with more of an arch support and vola they are now my favorite pair of shoes. They aren't just my work shoes , but my play shoes too.They are so comfortable I hate to take them off at night....And that's coming from a true barefoot girl.

The customer service was excellent and very inviting. The sales representatives were extremely knowledgeable with the products and accessories. I was able to find a quality affordable durable pair of work boots. Definitely recommend checking this location out if you're in need or quality footwear.

In and out quick with no problems. The guys there seem to know what they are doing. Good shoes at a quality price.

Although there was a small wait to get in once we were in we were helped right away. The store was clean and felt very comfortable. My daughter needed new boots for her new job so we had so many questions. Everyone on the team helped us get her right size and fit and answered all of our questions. We felt very comfortable and welcomed from beginning to end. Dave was very patient with us. And Kevin had a lot of knowledge and Tina was very warm and friendly
