Wells Fargo Bank

5 STARS TO THIS BRANCH. They went above and beyond to help me, a non-customer, which was incredibly classy. I was expecting to get turned away, but they succeeded on helping me complete everything I needed! Tiffiny and Janae are the best of the banking world! Thank you guys!!

Frances helped me at the counter and she couldn't have been nicer! I'm moving to Richmond but will definitely use this location when I visit again.

Drive thru is available. There is also a walk up ATM. The bank is easy to get in and out of in the parking lot.

Love the Employees and are all very willing to help me.

The drive-thru is closed for lack of customer traffic. As a customer, there's no way to inform Google and the bank is having issues with getting Google to mention that.

They have both a drive-up and an in-person atm. The bank tellers seem nice too.

The person who opened my account, Martin, was very informative about the accounts I was opening but he was very snobby when given me certain responses and kept trying to laugh it off. I was very confused because I wasn’t rude on my end. Overall it just made me feel a little bit unwelcome and felt like I was being belittled. Hope for better service in the future.

Hands down the WORST bank that I have ever dealt with. They actually have the gall to CHARGE you a fee for depositing cash. Tsk Tsk Tsk... Shame on you for treating your customers like that!!!!

I have been banking with WF since they were Wachovia in the early 2000's. They changed one of my accounts (I had 5) and removed check writing privileges with out telling me over the phone. But they put them on my statement.. that I never read unless there is an issue! I wrote 2 checks to church and then didn't pay them... They didn't bounce WF just didn't pay. I didn't get any fees or anything. Not that I would, I always make sure there is enough money in the account. My church got a fee, so I went WF and said look. I paid these fees and you need to pay me back. They said there is nothing they can do. So I said if you won't help me over $40. Which was completely about principle. I am going to close my accounts. I talked to a banker at this branch. He was very nice taller black guy. He said they should be able to do something. Then when customer service called me back and said no. I called the branch. He was on vacation. I asked to speak to another banker. They were busy, I was told someone would call me back... Never happened. A few days later I called again and asked to speak to the branch manager.. she was busy. She would call me back... Never happened! Not surprised if she don't call people back, why would her staff do it. At that point, I went to Chase and opened an account. I started transferring my money over and closed all but one account, I only keep $50 a month in there to pay off my cc.. but eventually I will close that account too. And let them cancel my credit card. After 25 years as a loyal customer, Wells Fargo made me really feel just like a number and not a person.

Absolutely horrible customer service!!!!!!!! I cashed a check and they give me $900 less than what the check was for, when I went inside to Speak to the manager I was told I had to wait for the employee who did the transaction to come back !!!! This is inconvenient and unprofessional

Same story at each branch...not enough help to sit down n talk to Wells Fargo representative to help with banking .

This is Poor customer service that one reason I Don't bank with Wells Fargo n I babk with credit union.

If I could give negative stars I would. Employees there do not want to work and suggest that you call the 800 number for help. I hope they close this branch.
