Kirkwood Public Library

The woman at the desk went above and beyond to find me the book that I had wanted. I was more than a "satisfied customer." I thank her a lot for going " the extra mile." I was really impressed.

I love this particular location better than most Delaware Public Libraries. I had the chance to enjoy their sitting area near the windows so I can see outside. I went to use the scanner and I inquired about using their conference room or study rooms and I was able to easily book my reservation.

The Kirkwood Library has been my go to Library for years. They have an excellent selection of books for adults and children. They also have many computers to use and printers, and the copies are very reasonably priced. The kids' area could stand to be redone like the Hockesin Library. That is what my grandson and I are hoping will happen soon. If not, that's okay. We still enjoy going to this library monthly or more.

The employees are really nice and it has a lot of the books people are normally looking for. While I did find a gum once, the next day it was gone so it’s also very sanitary and overall a very good library. 8.7/10

Beautiful, clean, well-stocked library. They have many computers, a printer, and really nice chairs and tables to sit at by the windows.

Love the kids section! Excited that next month is DINOvember since my son loves dinosaurs!

Kirkwood Library is a welcoming community destination. I have not visited inside since the pandemic began. They were offering curbside pickup for print jobs shortly after the initial spread of COVID. They are following safety guidelines. Since this situation is fluid, I would recommend check current protocols before visiting.

Is a very nice library. Well maintained. Plenty of area to sit around if you just want to read. A lot of computers if you need them. They have Wi-Fi access.

Awesome modern Library. We really enjoyed performing our Peace Week concert there today.

Just used their meeting room. Didn't enter library. Meeting room nice and convenient just as you entered doors.

The Kirkwood/Newark library was very clean, very friendly, and quiet. It seemed to be run with care and pride. 😊

Was just dropping a book off at the outdoor drop box. The inside of the library is still closed to the public due to covid but they do have curbside pickup.
